4Mini’s Common Sense is Subverted: MONKEY Custom
G-craft's MONKEY
G-Craft's Monkey Custom While maintaining its characteristics, everything from the frame to the suspension and engine has been thoroughly customized. The black anodized aluminum frame "NERO" made by G-Craft was used, and the entire body was united in black to create a calm image. The machined crankcase is combined with a KITACO 125cc Bore Kit, which delivers unmatched power and torque compared to the stock. The exhaust is made by OVER RACING, and a Yoshimura YD Φ28 carburetor is used. The intake manifold is made by G-Craft. For the clutch system, a NECTO dry clutch kit is installed, which not only provides a precise shifting feel but also adds a strong accent to the engine's appearance.
Like the engine and the frame, the chassis is also outfitted with a host of high-performance parts. Both front and rear wheels are both GALE SPEED 10-inch 3J, with 90-size front tire and 110-size rear. The front forks are made by KITACO, and the swingarm is G-Craft's product whose structure is aluminum triple square cross section. Brembo calipers are also G-craft products, Hyper Pro steering damper with G-Craft bracket, and a number of other well-known brands and G-Craft parts were combined to create a high-performance, high-class custom.
Bodyworks
Although the design of the tank and seat are similar to those of Monkey, the content is on a different level. In addition to the extended wheelbase, high-performance parts in each part of the machine provide a high degree of maneuverability.
G-Craft stem kit is black to maintain its style. The Hyper Pro steering damper is also installed via a G-Craft bracket, contributing to steering stability.
The tail is also constructed with G-Craft parts. The seat has a classic tuck-roll design. The carbon fenders are extended with brackets to accommodate the longer wheel base.
Intake & Exhaust
This OVER RACING exhaust is greatly bent toward the tail, giving it a sporty look. The exhaust is titanium for a lighter body.
The carburetor is a Yoshimura Downdraft Φ28. G-Craft intake manifold is manufactured to fit this product and is actually installed together.
Engine
High power engine is mounted on the G-Craft frame. This down tube ensures no loss of maneuverability even at high speeds.
The engine is equipped with a KITACO 125㏄ bore kit combined with a G-Craft billet crankcase. A NECTO dry clutch makes the engine area stylish with its look.
Chassis
The appeal of the 4 Mini Custom can create your own specifications with a variety of parts. Wider wheels give the bike an imposing appearance, even for a mini bike.
The footpegs are also billet type and are black anodized to match the body color, creating a more luxurious look. It is interesting to note that a seesaw-type shift pedal is used.
NECTO brake rotors are combined with Brembo 4-pot calipers for mighty stopping power. Caliper supports are made by G-Craft, and front forks are KITACO.
The wheelbase has been extended to improve straight-running stability, and the swingarm enhances stability around the rear. Rear shocks are made by DAYTONA.
