DAYTONA's Z650RS

The Z650RS, a middle roadster introduced in 2022, is a model that incorporates the looks of the 1976 Z650 and the nimble feeling that earned it the nickname "zapper" in the first place. This is a concept model based on the Z650RS, modified by Daytona and exhibited at the 2023 Tokyo Motorcycle Show. As you can see, the exterior, front and rear suspension, engine, and other major parts are stock, but Daytona parts are used in many areas. The handlebar is changed from a bar type to a clip-on type for more sportiness. The position is adjusted with the COZY Seat, and High-Vis mirrors are used for better visibility and a more unified look.

Premium Zone Series Handlebar End Plugs enhance the texture through cutting and coloring. Additionally, there is a license plate holder, Grippy Grips, as well as step bars and an oil filler cap. The chain guard and assist grips are all in black, and an LED fender eliminator kit gives the tail area a lighter look. Pipe engine guards on both sides and an engine cover protector are installed to protect the engine in the case of an accident. The exhaust is a POWERBOX FULL 2in1 Stainless Steel Polished Full Exhaust by SP Tadao, giving the bike a solid roadster look.

Handle

A Daytona AQUAPROVA HG Thermometer is added by utilizing the mounting hole after removing the clamp that supports the handlebar. It can display both the time and temperature. The handlebars are equipped with a Daytona Cut Out Straight Bar using a Daytona Cut Out Clamp with a diameter of φ41. The front master cylinder is a Daytona NISSIN Horizontal/Tank Separate Type with a diameter of φ14mm, and the Master Cylinder Cap (φ59) and Handlebar End Plug TECHNO are both from Daytona Premium Zone.

Bodyworks

The roll-type seat is a Daytona COZY Seat. The Daytona LED fender eliminator kit and Daytona Assist Grips (left/right) make the tail section look clean and neat.

Engine

The engine and steel pipe trellis frame are stock, and both sides of the engine are equipped with Daytona Pipe Engine Guards. The case covers are POLISPORT Engine Cover Protectors. The radiator is fitted with a Kawasaki OEM Optional Radiator Screen.

Intake & Exhaust

The exhaust is equipped with the SP Tadao POWERBOX FULL 2in1 Stainless Steel Polished Full Exhaust. The step bars are Daytona Premium Zone PZR-03, which are machined and colored, and mounted using a Daytona Multi-Step Rotating Plate to raise the bar position by 15mm. The pillion side is also fitted with Daytona Premium Zone PZR-08 Step Bars.
