Change from the stock centrifugal to a manual clutch! The engine still won't stall when stopped!

It is well known that Honda's Cub series does not require clutch operation. Gear changes can be made by simply shifting gears with the foot, and a clutch lever is not equipped in the first place. The reason for this is due to the automatic centrifugal clutch, which was originally designed to allow deliverymen to use their left hand freely. Despite the convenience of the centrifugal clutch, riders accustomed to clutch operation often feel a sense of discomfort when they ride. Some riders may be bothered by the fact that they cannot control the timing of clutch connection because the gear changes at the same moment they use the shift.

With this kit, however, the Cross Cub can be ridden just like a normal manual transmission bike, with no change to the primary gear, so the engine will not stall when the lever is released after shifting, and the clutch can be disengaged or engaged at any time while the bike is in motion. The advantage is that the half-clutch technique, which was previously impossible to do on the Cub, can now be used. However, because it is a hydraulic clutch, it is necessary to make appropriate preparations for the installation work.

Incidentally, clutch conversion kits for the Trail 125/CT125 Hunter Cub (JA65), Cross Cub 110 (JA60), and Dax125 (JB04) have been released previously.
