Upgrades for Every Terrain: YAMAHA WR250R Custom
Webike's Opinion
Here is a "YAMAHA WR250R" custom by Webike community user "Ricky #4". The owner is captivated by its high-revving engine that pulls smoothly up to 10,000rpm, its rigid aluminum frame, and its fully adjustable front and rear suspensions. Each off-road adventure reinforces just how capable this machine truly is.
For the exhaust, he has equipped a Yoshimura RS-4 Slip-On, famed in AMA Supercross events, paired with the popular SP Tadao POWER BOX. The RS-4 excels in providing ample mid-range torque, while the POWER BOX enhances low-end torque, giving the bike a solid punch off the line when opening the throttle.
Blue components stand out beautifully on this WR250R. The owner, who places complete trust in ZETA accessories, has adorned the bike with a ZETA Brake Line Clamp, ZETA Axle Nuts, a ZETA Uni-Flow Cap, and ZETA CX Super Moto-Medium Handlebars, all in blue for a cohesive look. The handlebars also feature a ZETA Bar Rise Kit for fine-tuned positioning. Although this is a small change, it makes it easier to switch between sitting and standing positions, improving balance while standing and ensuring the perfect stance is always achievable.
After an unfortunate crash during a forest trail ride, where he injured his hand after cutting through his glove on a sharp rock, the owner added ZETA Handguards and Protectors for extra safety.
This WR250R was converted into a motard with TGR TECHNIX GEAR TYPE-R Motard wheels and Dunlop SPORTMAX tires. The owner notes a dramatic improvement in handling, with the bike becoming more agile and responsive during fast cornering.
