Quality Works's RZ250

In Japan, TZR is widely used for RZ 17-inch customization due to its large distribution volume and the fact that it is the same manufacturer as RZ. Overseas, the Suzuki RGV (VJ21/22) has far more bodies than the Suzuki RGV (VJ21/22). This is natural, since ease of accessibility is also a point of consideration for diversion.

Once the parts are selected, the store's subsequent work is also a natural part of the process, which includes replacing the stem and installing a new upper shock mount on the frame side for the rear cantilever to link-type suspension. The engine area is converted to RZ350, which is the worldwide standard for the RZ. The engine is now more balanced, with improved blow-up, resulting in more power and less concern for the future. Bodyworks

The fuel tank with the tank cap offset to the right is also RZ stock, and the three blue lines are the stock color of the RZ250 Type 2.

Engine

The intake system is a standard RZ/RZ-R configuration. Keihin PWK Φ28mm carburetors and OX Racing chambers are used.

The engine is to be replaced with an RZ350, but TKRJ pistons are used, and the crank is to be centered and the crank pins welded after a full overhaul.

Chassis

The simple aluminum step with a knurled non-folding bar is made with a frame-side mounting bracket section that has been modified and fitted for other models.

The Φ41mm inverted front forks replace the RZ250/350's stock Φ32mm upright front forks.

The straight square aluminum swingarm is VJ21 ('88-'89 RGV250Γ), and racing stand hooks were also added at the end.
