Vintage Vibes: KAWASAKI W800 Custom

 4 min read

Webike's Opinion

Here is a "KAWASAKI W800" custom by Webike community user "Nyanko-sensei". The exhaust is a nostalgic looking BEET NASSERT TRAD V, with titanium pipes and stainless steel silencer. The weight of the exhaust has been reduced by about 55%, from the stock weight of 14kg to about 6kg, promising a nimble ride. Although a small part, the master cylinder cap has been replaced with one from AGRAS, known for excellent design and quality. As a part always in the rider's sight, it enhances the riding experience. The brake hoses are by Goodridge, a British company that offers high durability and safety. Additionally, the rear suspension is equipped with NITRON's STEALTH TWIN R1 Series. Both the brake hoses and rear suspension are all black, giving the entire bike a chic look. The front is fitted with a World Walk Universal Neo Classic Meter Visor. It was designed as a meter visor to suit classic bikes and has a rounded design that harmonizes well with the W's look. To mitigate power loss due to temperature increases common in air-cooled engines, a BEET Oil Cooler Kit is also installed, efficiently cooling the engine.
