Here is a "KAWASAKI 500SS MACH3(H1)" custom by Webike community user "Tou". According to the owner, this bike definitely stands out and he recommends it for those who don't want to ride the same bike as everyone else. The exhaust system is a K2TEC straight chamber TYPE-1. The performance is designed for street use rather than for race use, with emphasis on mid-range torque increase and response. The owner is pleased with both the sound quality and volume, and it was a great deal cost-wise since he uses this bike for street riding. For the drivetrain, he purchased RK JAPAN's standard series chain 530MS, but realized that the size did not fit, so he had to re-purchase a new chain. All the chains he had replaced so far had been RK, but he decided to try out a DID chain for the first time. When it comes time to replace the chain on his other bike (a Zephyr 750), he wants to use a DID chain as well. This chain can be used with confidence because it has a "light operating feel" that responds linearly to the rider's accelerator operation while incorporating a good balance of important factors needed in a chain, such as rigidity, strength, and longevity. Along with the chain, a DOREMI COLLECTION rear sprocket (45T) was also installed. The carburetor overflow triggered a need to overhaul the engine, so the owner used a carburetor fuel adjustment kit from KEYSTER. The kit contains almost all the parts needed to repair or adjust the carburetor. He was very satisfied with the quality of everything in the kit, and was able to assemble it with confidence. The AS Uotani SPII general-purpose high-power coil, which he has also installed on four other bikes prior, was also installed on this bike. It helps stabilize the idling, and he purchased it with confidence this time as well. He will certainly continue to enjoy riding around town proudly displaying this Mach III for some time to come.
