TTR MOTORS's CB750F
"This CB750FB is our demo vehicle, and is a donor for parts development," said Mr. Hayashi, a representative of TTR Motors. The "Easy Clutch" that lightens the clutch,and the Φ39 CB-F bar handle kit" released in the spring of '21 by TTR Motors, Yasuda Shoji and Craft of Okinawa. We also have "One-way clutch" modification and "Aluminum piston for Φ30 caliper for CB750F stock caliper".
The handlebar kit (top bridge) is removed in the photo and the stock one is attached, but this part was also changed many times. The "AKUOS Clip-on Handlebar (Φ30-39mm)" was also developed for this vehicle. At that time, VFR750F stock 2.50-16/3.50-18 wheels were used. Currently it is running 18" front and rear Boomerang Comstar wheels for the FC. The gold color is "anodized" finish. It is powder coated, but it gives this anodized look. It is recommended for those who want to restore the CB1100R or other CB750FBB models, as the rivets can be left silver, or the rims can be painted silver and the spokes gold, like the CB750FBB stock. The aforementioned handlebar kit is additionally available for Φ35mm, which has a different fork pitch from that of the Φ39mm mentioned at the beginning of this article. This CB750FFB, as well as each of the parts, is regarded as a sample of what the CB-F vehicle is like and how it can be modified.
Handle
The headlight is RAYBRIG, the front master cylinder is Nissin, and the wire clutch holder is stock CB-F. The blinkers are also stock.
The handlebars are stock forged separate up. A preload adjustment cap is mounted on the top of the Φ35mm front fork.
Bodyworks
The seat is made by Daytona and the exterior is all painted. The front forks, handlebars, wheels will be replaced on a case-by-case basis according to development parts.
Engine
The engine has been big bore to 823cc specifications. The clutch release lever attached to the right rear end of the reverse side is TTR Motors original Easy Clutch.
Intake & Exhaust
The carburetor is a TTR original spec, stock replacement for other models (Black Edition). The ignition is a Uotani SP2 to maintain the condition of the engine.
Chassis
With the wheel change, it is a stock Honda type to use the front sprocket for the speedometer takeoff. The rearset is mounted by Chase MC.
The front brake is stock, and TTR "Aluminum piston for Φ30 caliper for CB750F stock caliper" is incorporated into the single-piston Φ30mm brake caliper. The hard anodized aluminum and Kachilas coat finish enhances touch, control, and serviceability, respectively.
The swingarm is a CB-F stock round pipe and the shocks made by Ohlins. The exhaust is a matte black finished short tube.
Front and rear wheels are 2.50-18/3.00-18 size Boomerang Comstar for FC, gold anodized and refreshed by TTR Motors.
