Touring Adventure of the people, by the people, for the people: HONDA X-ADV Custom
Webike's Opinion
Here is a "HONDA X-ADV" custom by Webike community user "BOW". The owner desired to ride an adventure bike and enjoy comfortable touring, so he came across the X-ADV. Upon riding it, the immediate impression was that there's no need for clutch operation or gear changes, making it incredibly easy to ride. The owner selected the r's gear Wyvern Real Spec for the exhaust and chose a titanium drag blue with a carbon end for the silencer, showcasing keen attention to detail. Additionally, the bike is equipped with HEPCO&BECKER engine guards and front upper crash guards on the body. These not only protect against damage but also prevent the rider's legs from getting caught in case of a tip-over. The installation of the crash guards is simple, and they enhance the bike's appearance. Thanks to these parts, the bike is well-protected against potential damage. To ensure comfortable touring, a windshield is essential. The X-ADV is equipped with a WRS windshield, which is easy to install and provides effective wind protection due to its height and thickness. The owner mentioned that even on highways, he hardly feels any resistance from the wind. For touring, having a box is indispensable, and the owner has confidently chosen the GIVI rear box. It offers ample space, holding over 30L of items, and comes with a waterproof inner cover. However, note that dedicated fittings are required for installation, and the owner has combined them with the GIVI's monolock fitting and monkey base. Additionally, in anticipation of attaching side cases, the bike is equipped with pannier holders. This bike is highly recommended for those who are looking to enjoy touring but are unsure about which bike to choose.
