HOT&COOL's RZ250

HOT&COOL has been involved in the production and sales of complete custom Yamaha RZ with 17-inch front and rear wheels made-to-order. This Yamaha RZ250 was built in the summer of 2020.

The entire appearance is cool and stylish, and the wheels are EXACT, developed jointly by TOSH-TEC and ADVANTAGE. The modern look and minimalist functional beauty of the forged, slim 10-spoke wheels certainly seem to be working. The chassis is black, as is the diamond-like carbon finish on the inner tube of the front forks. The 17-inch front and rear wheels give the RZ modern nimbleness and stability.. The carefully assembled engine and the cantilever rear shock, which adheres to the stock specification, give the RZ its original all-around performance and durability.

Handle

The meter case was replaced with a new one, and the front master is a Brembo RCS. The clutch holder is also Brembo but made for the MT-09.

The gauges are stock, the left and right switches are new for RZ, and the grip rubbers are also new. It also has a Hurricane handlebar.

Bodyworks

The seat base was changed from steel to FRP. A new tank was used, and the exterior was also renewed to enhance the sharpness of the appearance.

Engine

The engine was replaced with an RZ350 and fitted with new Φ64.25mm pistons, a new crankshaft, and a HOT&COOL 10mm offset sprocket to accommodate wider rear tires.

Intake & Exhaust

The carburetor is a TMX30, and the main harness uses HOT&COOL reinforced products.

Chassis

EXACT aluminum forged wheels collaborated by TOSH-TEC with ADVANTAGE are set on 41mm front forks for the TZR 3MA.

The rear is equipped with an XJR400 modified swingarm and RZ Nitron monoshock, Brembo brake calipers for front and rear, and Active brake lines.

The front and rear wheel sizes were changed from the stock 1.85-18 to a 3.00-17/4.00-17 size. The exhaust system is set up with HOT&COOL's original cross chamber.

The rearsets are also HOT&COOL original black. The frame is similar to their RZ complete, including handlebar stopper/lock processing and powder coat finish.
