Return Policy

Eligibility and Timeframe

  • Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Damaged items or items with manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt, with photographic evidence.
  • Customized items are generally non-returnable, except for manufacturing defects.

Return Process

  • Contact us before returning any item, providing photos of the item and, if applicable, the damage and packaging.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
  • For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order. A refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging.
  • Damaged or unsalable returned items may result in a reduced refund.
  • OEM parts and items attempted to be installed are non-returnable.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for returns due to customer misunderstandings.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for returns due to our errors or manufacturer defects.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and fees for refused customs payments.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for the item price only for returns due to customer misunderstandings.
  • Refunds for our errors or manufacturer defects include shipping, issued in Japanese Yen.
  • Refunds are issued via PayPal for credit card payments or expired payment methods.
  • Refund amount may vary due to currency fluctuations.
  • If import duties were paid, customers may seek a refund from their local customs authority with proof of payment and a return receipt.

Damaged Items and Packaging

  • Provide multiple photos of the damaged item from various angles.
  • Provide photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and cushioning materials.
  • Check for holes, tears, dents, adequate cushioning, and gaps in the packaging.

Manufacturer Warranties

  • Most manufacturer warranties are primarily for use within Japan.
  • We assist with issues within 14 days of receipt.
  • After 14 days, customers may need to contact the manufacturer directly for repairs, bearing all costs.

Order Not Received

  • Contact us if your order is not received within the specified timeframe.
  • Japan post investigation can only begin after the following time frames. EMS: 20 days. Sea freight: 90 days.
  • For FedEx and DHL shipments, contact us within 14 days of shipment.
  • Respond promptly to customs requests to avoid delays or returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for packages returned due to lack of response.

Fraudulent Returns

We cannot issue refunds for fraudulent returns.
