Payment error

In many cases, payment errors are not caused by problems with our website, but by problems caused by yourself or the payment processing company of your payment method. If an error occurs, please first check if there are any errors in the input information.

For credit cards

If you get an error in payment despite no errors in the input, the following reasons are possible.

① Check if your card supports 3D Secure. Please check if your credit card supports “3D Secure 2.0”. To check if your card supports “3D Secure 2.0”, please contact your credit card company. If your card issuer does not support 3D Secure 2.0, you will not be able to use the credit card.

② Please check if your 3D Secure password is correct. Please enter the same 3D Secure password as you registered in advance. If you enter the password incorrectly, authentication will fail and you will not be able to accept the payment.

③ Please check if you are subject to usage restrictions due to the fraud detection system. As part of measures to prevent unauthorized use by third parties, even credit cards that have been available for use may not be available depending on the site, product, amount, time zone, etc. Please contact your credit card company to check if your card is subject to usage restrictions due to the fraud detection system, and how to respond if it is. When contacting your credit card company, if you are told that your registered credit card is available, please explain the situation to your credit card company and ask them to correct the situation so that you can use Webike Japan’s services.

For other payment methods

Even if the payment is completed on the payment site, please wait for a while until you are redirected to our site again. It is completed when the order number is displayed. If you close the screen before it is completed, the payment will be completed but the order will not be generated.
