Do you offer wholesale prices and a price list?

By registering as a member with Webike Wholesale, you can access wholesale prices and place orders for our products on our exclusive site. Please be aware that non-members will not have access to wholesale prices.

How can I stop receiving emails and newsletters?

You can register or cancel from the “My Account” page. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from the point balance notification email sent on the 1st of each month.

How can I sign up for My Bike? What advantages does registering with "My Bike" offer?

To register your bike, go to the “My bike” section in your account menu. You can also register by browsing for a bike under “MOTO” or “Shop by Moto” and clicking the “Add to My Bikes” button. Your registered info will be used for sales offers. Sign up to get exclusive deals!

Is it possible to open more than one account?

Customers are not allowed to have more than one account on Webike. You also cannot use the same email address to create different accounts.
If you have multiple accounts with different emails, you will not be able to combine or share your information, including Webike Cash Back Points.

I asked for a temporary password, but I didn't receive it.

If you can’t find the email with your temporary password in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Make sure your settings aren’t blocking emails from
jp_support@webike.net.

I am unable to access my account.

Coupon/Point

How many Webike cashback points can I earn with this shopping?

Please check the number of points you will receive on each product page.

When do my points expire? – When is the expiration date of my points?

Webike points earned from purchases will expire at the end of the same month the following year.
For example, points earned on January 10, 2025, will expire on January 31, 2026.
You will be notified when points are awarded for participating in events or campaigns.
Your remaining Webike cashback points balance and expiration date will be noted to you at the start of each month.

Where can I view my Webike cashback points balance?

You can view your Webike points balance and history on the “My Account” page.

Can I use my Webike cashback points to pay for my entire purchase?

Unfortunately, you cannot use Webike cashback points to cover shipping costs.

How do I redeem my Webike cashback points?

I deleted the email with the coupon code by mistake. Can I receive a new coupon code?

We’re sorry, but we typically do not replace lost coupon codes.

Can I use coupons or Webike cashback points for my orders already placed?

Sorry, but you can only use coupon codes and Webike cashback points when you make a payment for an order. Please remember that you cannot apply them after you have placed your order.

Can I use more than one coupon at the same time?

Customers can use one coupon per order. Coupons and Webike cashback points can be used together.

When is the expiration date of the coupon?

Coupons are usually given out during special promotions. Each promotion has its own end date, so be sure to check the details in the promotion information.

Where can I input my coupon code in order to apply it?

Please refer to the “HELP DESK” section for instructions on “How to use coupon codes”.

OEM Parts

Do I earn cashback points when I buy OEM parts?

You will earn cashback points for buying OEM parts that are listed on our website. However, you will not earn cashback points for purchasing OEM parts that are not listed on the site, such as parts bought through OEM Parts Quotation.

When will the OEM parts be delivered?

To find out when your order will arrive, please click on “Ask Webike for next delivery date” on the product page.

Could you provide me with the specifications and compatibility details for OEM parts?

We apologize, but we do not have more information about OEM parts beyond what is listed on the product page. OEM parts are specific to each vehicle model, so please consult the parts manual and buy the correct OEM part number.

Do you offer OEM parts for sale?

Yes, we have original parts for 4 big Japanese motorcycle brands and other international brands. If you don’t see the part you need listed, please use our quote service. Please remember, you won’t earn Webike points for items bought through the quote service.

Order

If the phone numbers do not match, a message will appear.

The order cannot be completed unless the country code at the beginning of the phone number matches the country name. Please correct the phone number or the name of the country of the delivery address.

I am unable to add a shipping address to my address book because it is too long.

Please make sure your shipping address is within 70 characters to successfully register.

I'm having trouble using the website and placing an order.

Please get in touch with us if you need more information. Additionally, please send us a screenshot showing where the error is happening.

Which countries do you ship to?

We can deliver to almost all countries. Please check if your country is listed at checkout and the shipping company is available.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to APO/FPO or military bases.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please check the estimated delivery times for each shipping method on the payment screen. Please keep in mind that these are only estimates provided by the delivery companies and may not include actual customs clearance or delays.
In some countries, packages may not be delivered if the consignee is not notified, leading to the package being returned to Japan. Be sure to monitor your package’s delivery status on the delivery company’s website regularly.

Could you please provide me with the tracking number for my order?

After we have sent your order, you will receive an email from

When can I expect to receive my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also find this information in your Order History under My Account. Be sure to click on the provided link to the shipping company’s website to track your package.

Why isn't my country listed as a shipping option?

This is because there are currently no delivery companies able to deliver the items.

I placed an order but I haven't gotten a confirmation email yet.

If I pay extra for shipping, can my order be split and shipped separately?

Unfortunately, we are unable to split your order and ship them separately, even if you are willing to cover the shipping costs.

Is it possible to divide my order into separate shipments?

We do not ship orders in multiple parts unless it is absolutely necessary.

Is it possible to merge orders?

We are unable to combine multiple orders for shipping.

Is it possible to add more items to a current order?

After you have placed your order, we are unable to add any more items.

Why was my order cancelled?

There are a few reasons why we may need to cancel your order:
1. The product you ordered is no longer available or out of stock.
2. If we don’t hear back from you by the deadline for any questions about your order.
3. If the product is unable to be shipped, especially if it’s not listed on our website.

Is it possible to return my order?

If you want to return an item, it must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us before returning it. Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the product.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

We will refund your payment to the method you used when you placed your order. Please be aware that it may take some time for the refund to be processed.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

You can cancel, return, or exchange items after placing your order, unless the item cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. However, we may not be able to accept cancellations depending on the progress of your order.

What does "BO" stand for?

“BO” is short for “back order”. BO products are items that take longer than a month to be shipped from Webike. If the product you ordered is a BO item, we will pause your order and check if you want to proceed. Please be aware that once a BO item is continued, it cannot be canceled.

What is the cost of shipping?

To find out how much shipping will cost, simply add your items to the shopping cart and choose your country, currency, and shipping method. You can also see the shipping charges for each item on their product pages.

Payment

When I try to pay with my credit card, I keep getting an error message. Can you help me resolve this issue?

Credit card payment errors are usually caused by the card issuer. Please contact your card issuer directly for assistance or try using a different payment method. We are unable to resolve these issues for you.

I received a notification from my credit card company that I was billed twice for a payment. Can you please explain why this happened?

Webike Japan will charge your credit card when your order is shipped. If the money is taken from your bank account, it means you paid with a “debit card” in our terms. If you pay with a debit card, the total amount will be withdrawn from your bank account in multiple installments. This can happen at the time of ordering, when your order is shipped, or if there are any changes to your order total. Please check your account balance to avoid payment errors from insufficient funds.

If there are changes to the amount charged on your debit card, the original transaction will be canceled and a new charge will be made. It may take some time for the refund from the original transaction to show up in your account. This may make it seem like you were charged twice, but this varies depending on the credit card company. For more information, please contact your credit card company directly.

I am unable to make a payment.

If you have any problems with your payment, please first check our Help Desk.
If the issue continues, please contact us. It would be helpful if you could send a screenshot of the page causing the problem so we can look into it.

Are there any charges for using PayPal to make transactions?

Customers do not need to pay PayPal transaction fees. We will cover the cost for you.

Do I have to pay a fee for exchanging currency?

Yes, our products are priced in Japanese Yen. If your currency is not Japanese Yen, you may be charged a currency exchange fee. The exchange rate and fees depend on the payment method you choose.

Does the price include VAT (value added tax)?

No, the price does not include VAT. You will need to pay it separately when you pick up your order.

Do I need to pay any additional fees for my order?

When you make a payment to Webike Japan, it covers the cost of the product and shipping from our warehouse to your address.
Import taxes, VAT, and local charges are not included and may be added separately.
If the packaging is too large, you may need to pay extra shipping fees.

Why is the total amount in my shopping account different from the amount I am charged?

PayPal and credit card companies do not show currency rates. This means that the rate in your shopping cart may be different from the actual rate. An exchange fee will be charged, though it will not be shown on the screen.

How can I make a payment?

You can pay for your order using PayPal, credit card, Alipay, WeChatPay, ApplePay, or GooglePay. Please note that ApplePay and GooglePay may only show up as options if your device is compatible.
If you’re using a currency other than Japanese yen, there may be extra exchange fees.

Product

How can I purchase a Shoei or Arai helmet?

We apologize, but we do not sell Shoei and Arai helmets as per the manufacturer’s request.

I think the Shipping Point is wrong.

We regularly check our shipping points. Please check the website again later for updates.

When will the product be available for purchase?

We don’t have a notification system for product restocks. Please check back with us periodically to see if the item is available.

When will the product be back in stock?

If you need to know when your order will arrive, please use the “Ask Webike for next delivery date” button on the product page. If you still have questions, please contact us for assistance.

I would like to get in touch with the manufacturer directly.

Most manufacturers listed on Webike Japan have websites, but they are mostly in Japanese. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will check with the manufacturer for you.

When will the sale be held?

We do not announce sales beforehand, but we will inform you of special deals in our email newsletter. Please make sure to check your email newsletter for updates.

Are there any special discounts available?

We do not provide discounts on products for individual customers. However, Webike offers cash back points, campaign points, review points, coupons and more. By using these points, you can get discounts on your purchases.

Do you sell motorcycles?

We do not sell motorcycles. We only sell motorcycle accessories.

Do you offer used parts for sale?

Yes, we do sell used parts.

Here are some important things to consider when purchasing used parts:
– Carefully review the product information before making a purchase.
– The product is sold as it is and has not been cleaned.
– Since it is a used item, we recommend cleaning it before use if you are worried about dirt or odor.
– All items included in the product are depicted in the photos.
– There are no returns or cancellations accepted.
– If the package contains hazardous materials that cannot be shipped internationally, we may skip shipping.

The image on the product page is not sufficient. Are there additional images available?

Our product pages usually have images provided by the manufacturer. So if a product has only a few images available from the manufacturer, we may not be able to provide more even if you ask.

Do you offer OEM parts for sale?

Is it possible to buy products that are not shown on the Webike Japan website?

If your product was made by a manufacturer listed on Webike Japan, you can request a price quote through our “Non-listed Product Quotation Service.”

Is it legal to install and use this item in my country?

All products listed on Webike Japan are only guaranteed to be legal for use in Japan. We cannot provide certificates required for inspections in other countries.

Do you have a manual in English for this product?

We apologize, but the majority of our manuals and instructions are in Japanese. We do not translate them.

Why do I need to provide the frame number to ensure that a part fits my motorcycle?

The frame number provides important details about your motorcycle model and where it was originally made for (such as the US, Europe, or Japan). This is crucial because even within the same model, there can be slight variations in parts depending on where the bike was manufactured. Understanding the market and version ensures that we can provide you with the right fit for your motorcycle.

How can I tell if the product will be compatible with my bike?

Please make sure to review the “FITMENT” section on the product page to see if it is compatible with your bike. Click on “Open Fit Model Information Table” for additional information.

Please be aware that many of our products are designed for the Japanese market. This means that even if the listed bike is compatible with the product, it may not fit if your bike’s specifications differ based on the country or market. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility in such cases.

How do I find out if an item is available for purchase?

If a product is temporarily out of stock, you can find out when it will be restocked by using the “Ask Webike for next delivery date” button on the product page. Items marked as discontinued will be removed from the site soon.

Shipping

I would like to receive EPA tariff benefits.

We do not offer any services to help you get your EPA tax exemption.

I will be on vacation. Can you make sure that the items I ordered are delivered on the date I specified?

We apologize, but we cannot specify the delivery date for international shipments. However, we can delay the shipping date if you wish. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to do so.

Can you please resend the invoice?

If you need a copy of your order invoice, please contact our customer service team.

Could you please write a lower price on the package of my order?

We are unable to show a reduced price on the invoice. The actual price will be displayed on the invoice.

Can I have my order shipped to Japan?

We’re sorry, but Webike Japan only ships internationally and cannot ship within Japan. If you would like to receive your order within Japan, please place it through our domestic website, which is only accessible within the country.

Is it possible for me to select my preferred shipping company?

Please select a shipping carrier from the options provided at checkout. We do not have the capability to use any other shipping carriers or accounts.

Is it possible to change the shipping address for my order?

If you use Paypal to pay, the shipping address must match the one in your Paypal account.
If you use another payment method, you can request to change the shipping address, except for the country.
Wholesale members need to provide proof of a new address for approval before it can be updated. Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If needed, cancel the order and contact us for further assistance.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, simply log into your account on our website and go to the “Order History” tab. There, you can find the status of your order and a tracking number to follow its journey. If you need more help, please get in touch with us.

Wholesale

Can I sign up for a wholesale account if I sell motorcycle parts and accessories on SNS platforms like Facebook?

We welcome all types of businesses, but we require proof that you are in the motorcycle parts and accessories industry. Without this proof, your application may be denied.

Is it possible to use the same email address for both my regular and wholesale accounts?

We’re sorry, but you can’t use the same address for both wholesale and retail accounts. If you’re approved for a wholesale membership, we’ll delete your retail account. Your Webike Cash Back Points can’t be transferred between accounts.

What documents do I need to provide in order to become an approved wholesale account holder?

In order to set up your wholesale account, you need to send us documents like your business license, bank statements, invoices, and pictures of your store.
