BONNEVILLET 100 Installed on air cooling model. Caliper and disc remain OEM.
BONNEVILLE is a Master cylinder, Reserver tank, Switch box, Throttle holder integrated, so you can not install the Master cylinder of Other Company Product as it is. I cut Reserver tank and Master cylinder in Disc Grinder and used OEM's Switch box. Also, Handlebar is also Inch bar so Inch → Millibar Conversion Adapter is also necessary.
It was easy to install without interference of Accelerator Wire and other parts.
The OEM's horizontal Master cylinder was fitted with an object of 11 mm, but it got slightly effective, and when it gripped further from that, suddenly Front fork sinks, so it is difficult to control with so-called Gack Brake, fine adjustment is done by Rear brake Was.
Although it is an impression used with Lever ratio 18 mm After changing to Radial master, Brake will work as much as you grasp, so you can freely control the sunrise of Front fork. Even if we stop by Front brake only, it will not be challenging. When folding RightLeft inside the town and Cording of Winding also makes it easier to pass through the desired Line as it lets the Front brake leaving far behind. Grip strength necessary for full Brake was not different from OEM. Because it becomes easier to control by exchanging with Radial master, if you want to raise the braking power, I think whether to put a good Pad. I am using PROJECT μ's for RacePad.
I think Cost performance is bad. Even considering that the goodness of making and the Lever ratio can be changed, it feels more expensive than Nisshin and Flanders. It and Banjo bolt are included but it was a long thing for DoubleHose. I think that Motorcycle using MASTERCylinder is more unique to Single disc, so it does not make much sense. I attached it to ninja 250 ABSMODEL. I got lost as to which of Miss Nisshin, but I decided on a brembo with a wide range of Piston diameter options. I thought OEM's Brake was not bad, but the performance was a bit more impressive than that. Lever's clasp is not a squasker translation, but it's light enough to think that it's light and really effective. However, when I actually ran, I was surprised by the firm feeling that it was as effective as I grasped in Controllable. ABSMODEL so it was said that operation can not be guaranteed from Manufacturer, but the ABS also worked without problems.View Detail
The YZF-R1 came in wanting to be transitioned onto a track related bike so I went to work on the braking system. One of the first things I wanted to change was the annoying stock master cylinder. Obviously, Brembo was the way to go. I decided on this one as it fitted with the specs of the bike in mind. Finding the correct master cylinder was not hard but there were a few choices but I went for this one, the 19RCS Corsa Corta in the end. It had all the requirements I needed so it went in my basket. I had a few other parts and the shipping was reasonable for what I had. EMS got my order to me in 5 days. The master cylinder came with the standard stock lever length which was perfect for my needs. It is the 18 x 20 one so works good with the floating calipers on the bike anyway. It came in the Brembo box and also came with a few copper washers. I had already sourced the HEL line that would make this all work. The master cylinder is a real piece of kit and fitted really well with the bike and the instrument cluster I was leaving in situ. Not a hard job once you have all the parts together. This master cylinder is awesome and so much better than the stock one. Oh and by the way, looks the nuts. Bought this, along with the clutch master cylinder as an upgrade on the stock items. Simple to fit and easy to bleed due to the top mounted bleed nipple. Great price from Webike, as cheap as some breakers are asking for second hand parts.If you want to upgrade your braking system you could do far worse than a RSC master cylinder.Recomended. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
