I think the quality and the caring of Manufacturer is too much. The text is just a complaint.After purchasing the product and using it twice, I noticed that one of the LEDs was not lighting up.

I contacted them to ask them to change to a newer one with a newer manufacturing date because the older ones with a newer manufacturing date break down sooner with the same breakdowns, especially this time on the first day of use and breakdowns with care, I had nothing but disbelief, although they didn't listen to me at all.
11/25, I think it arrived on 11/20, but they called to say it had arrived and they would have the Manufacturer inspect it.

On 12/16, my supplier informed me that they are checking with the Manufacturer and that it is likely to be a Limit return by the end of the year.
I thought Webig was the wholesaler, but I guess there is an intermediary, which is why it was so expensive.
He said he was going to limit by the end of the year, but I didn't hear anything from him.
Shipping notice on 1/7, arrival on 1/8.
In the end, it was a repair response.
It only takes me a few minutes to change one small LED.
If it takes 50 days, I won't send it in for repair, and I'd rather do it myself than send it in for repair, like this.
If you're so busy that you have to put up with customers, inconvenience them, and make them wait 50 days, then increase your staffing.
