Very responsive system, which brings fun and fuel economy at the same time. I had this for my DR650SE suzuki. its amazing of course with all upgraded parts works very well and turn my average bike from a Cow to a Horse. I previously use mikuni pumper 42mm its same but fuel is not economy. The only problem is that the needle is hard to find, or no longer in production so try not to damage it. they should not stop production for this carb. its a good prioduct. I use this carb on my bike 125cc. I.was very happy. Recently i have an issue. When i start my bike i try to throttle a little and my bike the carb, is choking. I can not accelarate smoothly. Only when the engine is hot enought the carb runs better. And also i cannot find needle set pilot jet and the smaller jet in the site to change it. The fuel mixing and air i try to adjust it but it didnt help much. Any suggestions will be very usefull cause i dont want to change the carb cause is to expensive. "Plug and play" out of box - After some testing, I ended up with the already installed main jets #155. The "needle" -more precisely, the MJN-tube, had the best performance in the middle (Clip 3 from top) position (Also this setting from factory) . So basically I have only altered the slow fuel screw (Pilot screw) from 1 to 1.5 out, and accordingly the slow air jet from aprox 1 to somwhere between 1.75 to 2.00 turns out. I am also running power filter, and adaptors as well. Engine is 2mm overbore (1109 cc), 1:12 pistons, race-cams, dual valve-springs, zx11-D ignitor etc.The bike pulls like a train, and is very linear and responsive with this settings.
