It was my first work with a solid Instruction Manual but it was easy to replace
Currently, I'm impressed by break-in. What I wanted to improve 1. Although it became better with carburetor exchanges, further improving inefficiency on uphill slope 2. Improvement of DASH force on Off-road result 1. Because it is during break-in, it is not sure but the effect was not as expected. 2. The DASH force now seems to kick the ground a little as compared to before. I expect that it will be a little better when I get used to the Wide opening after break-in. After exchanging, I ran 500th place, but it is particularly good without a problem (^o^) v
I have used and abused the bore up kit for 2,500 kilometers of hard trail riding, steep hill climbs, river crossings and all day hi way runs to get to the trail. In my opinion, the quality is as tough as the factory block. I have used a different performance camshaft from Taiwan using the stock valve springs. Take note and change to a 7 or 8 spark plug heat range. Paired with a free flowing muffler and 26mm round slide carb with the correct jettings, the output and response will be similar to a KLX 150L or CRF150L. Nice upgrade for XTZ while it was running.Package nice, arrived on time. Installing was easy, broke in went without problem, after that engine was running more quiet, smooth than stock. (Process: Installed RPM gauge, 1500km/30h, 4x oil change 20w-50 Yamaha mineral oil, 95RON, from short rides on low rpm end till extended rides at top end).1-2 horse more, consumption ~25% increase, more response, no top speed gainAfter broke in:Oil 10w-50 fully synt (used with stock engine for 15000km without any problem) and it got overheat (stopped forever) from the first 180km of motoride (cruising only with 6500-7500rpm - as used to do same with stock)Total made 1700km. Item sent back for inspection (big thanks to Webike staff). Takegawa said (without inspection): Designed for Japan domestic gasoline! After inspection they said: it was not broke in well. (Would say the same, if I did not do that broke-in process above)I say: this kit not designed for longer rides, or if you do so, use very thick oil only (non performance - mineral).One more thing: Since the sidewall is tiny u cannot go up even by .5mm later. I purchased the kit for my Yamaha YB125SP without camshaft as I was unsure of the performance value. But after installing the bore-up kit I immediately order the sport camshaft at a later date. The kit really add more torque and high-end power, making it more enjoyable to ride.I'm quite heavy (88kg) but the bike now accelerate fast and achieved top speed of 120kmh on highway (I think the real speed may be more than 120 kmh because the stock speedometer is limited at 120 only). With passenger, acceleration is still good and top speed is limited at 115kmh.I find this kit worth every penny and will recommend anyone consider buying also get the camshaft combo.View Detail

I was able to install it almost as a description, it was for YB125SP but there was a bit of anxiety and ordered with without Camshaft I regretted it, (Purchased at a later date) As Torque rose from 125 to 138, traveling became easier, like a young man I can not run but I'm satisfied but I am going to disassemble a part of Engine, so Gasket and O- Ring should have a new item readyView Detail
Top Quality parts, but most of all well engineered to create a cohesive outcome, there are many options out there but this piston from Takegawa maintains a great combustion chamber shape with the stock head, and includes a relief for the spark plug (so no spark plug spacer required). The result is a engine that runs as good as OEM Honda but has just a bit more go everywhere. In my specific kit the piston rings were mostly ok to go out of the box, If I was being picky I'd say the top ring was a tiny bit tight and the second ring was a tiny bit loose, the oil rings were perfect. As a result I opened up the top ring from 0.009" to 0.01" only becuase its going into a CT125 which naturally runs hot vs GROM/Monkey. But I think I could have run the rings out of the box and probably had zero issues. I also like that the piston is 4 grams lighter than the stock piston, this means the motor runs very smooth with little vibration. The N-15 cam is perfect for a OEM plus feeling, I've tried a range more agressive cams and the bottom end always suffers, in my opinion that does not suit the charater of the CT125 however, this N-15 cam is perfect for the CT125 imo. I like this kit so much I'm considering buying a second to keep in stock as nothing lasts forever. View Detail
Quality of the product is exceptional. Fitment is excellent and everything goes together without any problems. All parts included are constructed or machined to very high standards visually. Structurally the parts appear to be designed the same as or better quality than oem. Power output from installation of this kit is significantly better than oem. View Detail
About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the materials used is a combination of aluminum and steel in the kit. About the feeling of use, This combination of the larger 143cc displacement piston and higher RPM range cam gives you the perfect amount of power for urban riding with the need for less supporting modifications then the 181cc kit. Products to buy together, A fuel controller is a necessary product to buy right away and a freeer flowing exhaust would be ideal to add to your cart to maximize performance. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the big bore kit and cam for my installation was easy due to having performed this type of job a few times now but if it is your first time it may be difficult due to understanding what needs to be done and all the tools involved, you may want to consult a mechanic. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is great. You receive well manufactured and designed parts for the JB02 and JC61 models made from a high quality material and much cheaper priced then the equivalent kit made for the JB03 and JC93 models. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 24 hours of the product being in stock and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. ?attachment The CBR650R is mounted at the same position angle as the NORMAL. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
