Bore up LITTLE CUB to 80 cc and put High Camshaft. Sprocket also changed to 15T. I still purchased this carburetor because the Speed ??I was thinking did not come out. When I replaced it with Jet which was attached to it, I got a surprising change. Large I'm satisfied..
Reason for purchasing For the power up of LITTLE CUB. I was thinking of changing the Carburetor to a Large diameter to match the High Compression Piston and High Camshaft replacement.:I chose the Set because it was relatively inexpensive. I was torn between the PC20 and this PB16, but I figured if I kept the 50cc, this PB16 would be easier to handle.
?attachment It is not so difficult to remove the Normal Carburetor and replace it with this PB16 as per the manual attached. I didn't have to worry about any processing.
The OEM Carburetor has a special construction that also attaches the Fuel Cock to the body, but since the PB16 of this kit has the same construction, the work proceeded without hesitation. It was easy to replace the Manifold with the NORMAL one. Chalk can also use the OEM as is.
However, since the carburetor setting is required depending on the vehicle and the parts installed, several types of Jet are available in the Quantity:It is a good idea to buy both Throw and Main at the same time in a Set. Standard Quantity:The one in the Set was designed to be bored up to about 80cc.
Impressions of running I am very happy with the high compression piston and the high camshaft. The torque is not so thickened and the lower rpm is the same, but the acceleration feeling in the mid-high rpm range is obviously much better. The legal speed limit for mopeds can be exceeded in no time, so I felt I needed to be careful when using it on public roads.
Also, depending on the year, the NORMAL is equipped with the CarburetorHeater, but the PB16 of this kit does not have the installation point, so you need to be careful if you are driving in cold areas. If you need a Carburetor Heater and want a Large diameter, you may want to consider the CUB90 OEM Carburetor diversion.View Detail
When I Bore up CUBC 50 to 75, I was thinking about PC 20 but I decided to PB 16 of Mukawa who seems to be able to attach a pon because it is not good at burning! As I thought, the installation was very Smooth. I was wondering if I installed the built-in Main jet # 75 for # 90? Although I was wondering, I noticed immediately after driving I did not turn to high rpm! If I changed to # 90 and ran again, I will go to Smooth. Torque also ups and it got easier to ride! The SP Takegawa TC20 fixes all the carburation problems caused by cheap Chinese replacement carburettors. The TC20 appears to be a PC20 with the idle and air mixture screws on the left side of the carburettor body. There is no need for adjustment when fitted to a standard tune CT110, the TC20 is set perfect from the workshop. I tried adjusting it "richer" via mixture (1/2turn) and/or needle position (2nd position) and this gave slight hesitation.The TC20 makes my standard (72xxxkm) CT110 carburate cleanly with all the power available everywhere.Fitting is a easy swap using a pod air filter and basic tools. The standard fairing still fits if one trims the choke lever as depicted. Only drag is the need (must have) for a 2 into 1 fuel cock that can be had from (Kitaco) Webike Japan, of course.I recon this TC20 is the first tuning part one should install even before a performance exhaust, the responce it gives between 50-70kmh is better than the OEM carburettor and removes that mystery roughness from any inferior Chinese OEM copy.
