Pricey, but it's worth it if you have a Bore up vehicle.
Super CUB110 has not been released and when I called Takekawa, he told me that there is no plan to develop it. Even though the CUB50 and Kit for CROSS CUB are out!
I'll make my own bracket. And then he threw out the word and ordered I'll think about it when I get here.
It came on nicely with the Engine Guard that just broke off and the included Bracket. I'm worried about the engine head under the engine head like the 50 and C125, so I've moved it to a place with extreme clearance. It still doesn't interfere anywhere.
CUBSeries, originally air-cooled and heavily used, is not bore up, so if you say it's unnecessary, that's fine, but I'm all about the looks! Oil Temperature Meter and Thermostat (to prevent over cool and shorten warm-up time) were installed at the same time. First, connect only the Oil Outlet Port and Oil Temperature Meter of the Filter section (to check the capability of air cooling). With an outside temperature of about 20 degrees Celsius, the temperature rose to about 80 degrees Celsius as we went back and forth over the pass. Next, the Thermostat and Oil cooler are also connected and we move to the Oil Cooling System! Under the same conditions, the temperature rose to about 70℃, and after thermostat worked, the temperature was kept at 70~60℃. It seems to be able to keep the temperature just right (70~90℃) when the outside temperature is above 30℃ in the summer. I am thinking of making and inserting a plate cover between the fins and the guard, as it seems to be over cool in the winter. The Left Side of the SteeringPost rubs against the Brake, Speedometer Cable and the Hose when the Handlebar is turned off. Filter element is exclusive (not available for Honda OEM), around 2,000 yen (a bit expensive!?) Around 2,000 yen (a bit expensive!). Webig does not seem to carry it yet.View Detail
SUPER CUB110 (JA 44) Oil cooler kit that is not available Why is there a CROSS CUB or 50 version available? I contacted Takekawa and he said he had no plans to develop it.
I install it with my own bracket. And buy it with a discarded line. The Engine Guard and the attached Bracket that had just been broken off were used to Firmly and beautifully attach to the engine without hitting anywhere. I also go to the rubble, so this one is definitely better than hanging like the 50 or C125. Great glimpses! View Detail
About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is aluminum for the oil cooler with a mixture of silver painted finishes and a blue anodized coating. About the feeling of use, Love the incorporated stone guard and compact nature of the 3 fin 4 oil line oi cooler. By far the best designed and strongest construction oil cooler for the Honda Grom. Products to buy together, Since you are looking to maximize cooling of the engine then the addition of cooling finned covers for the cam cover and valve covers would be ideal to also have in your cart. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the oil cooler for my installation was easy due to the mounting points incorporated into the upper cross brace that allow for the addition of brackets to attach the oil cooler to the motorcycle very simple. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is great. You receive an oil cooler that has a superior design and construction for only a small price increase over the introductory priced oil cooler. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 24 hours of the product being in stock and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. The order arrived within the estimated date range and was extremely well packaged. I found the link supplied to track my order very useful while I was waiting for the order to land in the country. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, I have no concerns or cautions when purchasing from Webike. I cannot recommend Webike enough for the majority of your biking needs. They not only sell aftermarket parts and bike gear but also OEM parts for your repairs and servicing needs.View Detail
About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the materials used are aluminum for the oil cooler, banjo fittings and mounting bracket and stainless steel for the braid on the oil lines. About the feeling of use, By far the best designed low mount oil cooler setup for the Grom that provides effective oil cooling for your big bore kit when connected via the cylinder ports. Products to buy together, Since you are looking to maximize cooling of the engine then the addition of cooling finned covers for the cam cover and valve covers would be ideal to also have in your cart. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the oil cooler kit for my installation was easy due to the kit coming with everything you need to complete the job and the design that perfectly aligns with the Grom and the Takegawa big bore kit. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is good. You receive an oil cooler kit that has been assembled from high quality materials but doesr require either an after maket cylinder or clutch cover to connect to the engine. About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the slim line compact oil cooler kit from SP Takegawa. An all aluminium construction from the cooling core to the guard makes it light weight and strong. About the feeling of use: Looks the part on the minimoto and performs well considering some of the air flow is restricted due to the positioning behind the front wheel. Products to buy together: A clutch cover with oil ports would also be desirable to purchase alongside the slim line compact oil cooler kit if you are still 125cc or the big bore kit you have installed does not have oil ports to allow a connection of an oil cooler. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 30 mminutes. Secure the oil cooler to its mounting bracket and fill the cooling core with engine oil. Now you can connect the oil lines and run the engine to ensure zero oil leaks. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting one heavy duty oil cooler with a guard for a reasonable price that will last a long time as compared to to the cheaper flimsy oil cooler that do not have a guard to protect them from rocks. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght is my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost and it is fantastic that it has returned as an option once again so I can put my money toward parts and not high shipping costs. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: An impressive oil cooler kit for the Grom. From the aluminium oil cooler to the stainless steel oil lines including the aluminium mounting bracket. View Detail

I bought this with a few other parts, namely the Takegawa 138cc Big Bore Kit and Big Throttle Body. About quality and texture: The build quality of the the oil cooler is superb. The oil cooler comes with all necessary hoses (steel braided), nuts and fittings needed to install it securely. It is designed to be easily installed unto the shroud stay which comes with the Takegawa Big Throttle Body. This basically means everything is relatively easy to install if you purchase the Big Throttle Body. About the feeling of use: As I installed this with the Big Bore kit, I cant be sure if it had any effect on overall power. However, it did help to dissipate engine heat, which will help with the longetivity of the engine. Products to buy together: Installing this as is is possible. However, the Takegawa Big Throttle Body kit comes with the shroud stay which also has points to bolt on the oil cooler. Difficulty of installation: As this involved dismantling the top part of the engine, and I did not have the tools or skillset to do this, I got a trusted mechanic to do the installation for me. I suppose if you have the right tools and skillset, installation is possible for a experienced home mechanic.Cost performance and comparison with other products: There are a few other choices when it comes to oil coolers for the Kawasaki Z125 pro. This is the most expensive option, yes. Nevertheless, the Takegawa oil cooler is specifically designed to bolt on to the Big Throttle Body shroud stay, therefore it be easy to install if you have that. It is a satisfactory choice if you want quality and ease of installation. About shipping and packaging: Shipping was fast. Packaging was, as usual from Webike and Takegawa, superb and secure. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: The instructions are in Japanese. However, installing an oil cooler is relatively a simple and easy job. If in doubt, use Google translate.View Detail
?attachment The CBR650R is mounted at the same position angle as the NORMAL. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
