Used by BONNEVILLEBobber. The size is a little too large in the front and back and the side.
first generation "Takumi" I've been using it for a long time and this is my third one. I think the ones I've had so far have held their function as Motorcycle Covers for roughly 5 years. It's my fault that I've had to run a Cover before the Engine cooled down completely. After roughly three years of use, the Inner's Black heat resistant fabric began to deteriorate and tear easily. However, the Outer Waterproof function was still maintained. Around the 5 year mark, the top of the Fuel Tank and the seat got a little wet with rainwater after a rain. I think it's a durable one.
This one is Ver.. It's labeled as a 2, but I'm looking forward to seeing how many years I can use it. At the moment, after a rain, it is not easy to get rid of the moisture, or there are water drops on the Fuel Tank. (It's not rainwater intrusion.)
I suppose the price isn't too high considering how durable it is. If it was a little less expensive, it would be easier to reach for.
Y's Gear's Motorcycle Cover began to rain in less than two years, so I replaced it.
It is about twice heavier than Y's Gear. So when you are walking around or stowing it will be Large strange. On the other hand, the quality is much better, the fabric becomes much thicker and you can expect waterproof nature. Also the CoverReverse side is soft, it feels like a blanket. Naturally Motorcycle exterior is not scratched easily, here is particularly good.
The place to worry is, Slit for lock. I know the position of the Slit in Yellow color immediately before but I can not see the black on the back. I also wanted to make it look like a flashy color and make it soon (I can see immediately before and after Cover itself).
It's about a month since I bought it, so I do not know the durability but I am satisfied at the moment. Because the price is high, if the parking space has a roof or windproof property I think that I do not need such high quality.View Detail
We replaced our previous OEM Product because it had deteriorated over time. The size is just right and I am satisfied because there are no dust stains or anything like that when I remove the Cover. As for the cosmetics, I give it 3 stars because the price is reasonable, but I am glad I bought it.View Detail
Used in ZZ-R1100D. Well made for the high price. The feel is satisfactory. However, to put it in the net bag that comes with the product, it has to be folded very small and requires a lot of hang.View Detail
I used Takumi's Cover last time, but it was torn after 4 years of use, so I bought Takumi's Cover again. After all, Takumi's Cover has excellent heat resistance in Material. The price is a bit steep, but once you use it, you will buy Takumi ni rather than buying other Covers.View Detail
[How is it used? It is used for New ModelGSX1300R HAYABUSA. I think the Size is about 2 types, but the body Size was about the same, so I decided to use LL of the Manufacturer specification.
Was the one you received as per Image? I can honestly say that I received more than I expected. It was neatly folded in the box and came with a Mesh bag for storage.
How was your experience with it? I would really like to keep it in the Garage since it's a new car, but budget and land issues forced me to get a Cover, so I bought the best one I could. The inside is lined with a soft fabric like Felt to prevent scratching when it is hung on the car body. It can be seen that it is very carefully made around the soft fabric like Felt is stretched similarly inside the cord.
The performance of the waterproof fabric on the outside is also very high, and I could see the high waterproofness of the fabric as puddles of water were formed on the fabric until about two days after it rained. In addition, because it came with an aperture for strong wind and rain, and a string, it seemed to be Large sturdy a little bit of wind.
[Points to note] Because the clasp that connects the string and the Cover is simple, there is a time when the male clasp on the string side blows away when you try to remove the Cover roughly, so just be careful there.
How did it compare to other products? It's expensive! I think it is a very good Cover to protect your car with such a solid construction. There is also a lock hole for security, so if you use it together with that, it will be very good for security (although I haven't used it) The price is a little bit brave to pay, but I think it is the Cover that I would recommend if you buy a new car.
Other items that would be helpful Point and hang of installation In the case of New Model GSX1300R HAYABUSA, because the position of Mirror seems to be a little special and may not hit the top well, there is a sense of discomfort, but because it can be covered firmly, it is a compromise. I think it's like any other Cover, but if you put it on over your head and pull it towards your hips, it will go Smooth. If I put something like tape on the top of the Mirror to mark it, will it be smooth when I put it on?
[Opinions and requests to Manufacturer I'd like to see some kind of marker or change some of the cloth so that it's easier to see the front and back.View Detail
?attachment The CBR650R is mounted at the same position angle as the NORMAL. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
