[How is it used?
Because used WR250X was acquired, the Plug exchange was also done to start with as the maintenance. There was not the part which became matter of concern in the ignition system when I rode it in the present condition which I obtained, but I exchanged the consumable parts which can be exchanged with the idea that I should change them all.
I didn't know what kind of plugs I had before I changed them, so I decided to go with Iridium plugs for better starting, power and response. I chose NGK's Iridium plugs as they are more affordable and I don't think I will be able to experience a large difference from the way I use my motorcycle.
Also, although Denso's Iridium plugs have a terminal on the tip of the Plug, WR250X's Plug does not need a terminal, so there is no problem with NGK's Plug.
How was your experience with it?
I took off the plugs that were on the car and they were the same NGK Iridium plugs. (Lol)
But when you put them side by side, dirt and deterioration are obvious. The effect you feel may be slight, but since you don't know the previous replacement Timing, it is meaningful enough to replace it with a new one first just to be able to manage the MaintenanceCycle.
Installation is not particularly difficult if you just manage the Torque.
It seems that the time when the cell is turning has become short. If the combustion efficiency goes up, there is an effect on the power and the fuel consumption, so I think that there was a meaning that I exchanged it not a little.
How did it compare to other products?
I used Denso's Iridium plugs on another motorcycle, and NGK's Iridium plugs are by far the least expensive (Denso's Iridium plugs are almost $1000 more). There are not many people or opportunities to feel the difference, so if you want to try Iridium plugs first, I think NGK's Iridium plugs are enough.
