I used it to maintain my FTR223 which I got from a friend but neglected. it is very helpful to have cheap and proper parts because OEM parts are hard to get. I test rode it and it was as good as the OEM Pad!
[How is it used? It was installed when the vehicle was purchased. The back plate is copper-colored and marked DAYTONA, and I judge it to be HYPERSintered because of the lack of slit in the friction material and the way the friction material is fixed on the back plate side.
How was your experience with it? The initial braking force is not strong, and the Pad is a type that can be applied by gripping it. As you grip it, there is a feeling that the braking force does not increase as much as expected at the back. The nuance is not that it does not stop, but that it is difficult to lock when gripped all at once in a panic Image. It stops well enough for everyday use.
It was installed when I purchased the vehicle, and it has about 10,000 miles on it from there. It still has a lot left in it. I think the durability is quite good.
This time, I wanted to try a Pad that was said to work pretty well in some places, so I replaced it. If the price is right, the quality is good, and the performance is satisfactory, this may be enough. 。
How did it compare to other products? I replaced it with Vesla's VD-JL this time, and it stops with less force than before, even when the hit is not yet attached. The Image is like a step up in the effectiveness of HYPERSintered, which in my opinion is a good thing. However, the price is almost double that of HYPERSintered, so opinions differ as to whether the effect is worth the price.

OEM Brake Pads were carbonized, so I bought this one. Long-lasting & easy to work with and easy to Control is a nice touch. I mainly go to the forest roads and have no problems. It seems to be weak against full Brakes, but that was not a problem either. I think it's a good buy because it's cheap, lasts a long time, and works well.View Detail

This was my first time purchasing and installing brake pads. The Red "AKA" Pad seems to be a good "moderate" choice. The price is average, and the quality seems high.The pads I replaced were the factory equipment, Tokico/Toyo pads. They were in use for over 40,000kms and the performance was lacking due to old age. In comparison, the stopping power of the Red Pad is better. While testing them, I was able to lift the rear wheel from the ground. The feeling is "linear," or a steady increase in force as the lever is squeezed. There is no sudden movement or unexpected jolts.Installation was simple, according to the official service manual. It is best to clean and maintain the caliper while replacing the pads. Also consider checking and bleeding the brake fluid at the same time.Shipping cost was reasonable, and the packing quality was high.
