I regret my lack of preparation because I installed it in the state of Side Stand and it bent slightly. I regret my lack of preparation as I installed it in a side stand position and it bent slightly. I should have installed it while guiding the vehicle vertically with MaintenanceSTAND and curing tape.
Hello everyone, here I recommend everyone to buy this product, it can prevent our belts/coats from being scratched, it is a very good product, not only beautiful but also very effective.View Detail
I installed this pad on my Z H2, when I first bought the motorcycle I had a Carbon pad from Amazon, but I changed it to this pad because I repainted the color of the motorcycle, and it looks good with the Matte color. The adhesive of the seal is also fine, and if there is a drawback, it is a little small, it is unavoidable because it is a universal product, but in general, I am satisfied.View Detail
[How is it used? Currently in use. It has been six months since it was installed.
Was the one you received as per Image? The design is simple and functional, and the image is chic with low gloss. I mean, it looks like ZX-14R OEM Parts. (Lol)
How was your experience with it? With a crustacean-like 3D design and a moderate size area, the effect can be expected as a protection function. This is not a Tank Pad with a flat and flashy pattern like Option or ThirdParty products, but rather a three-dimensional and functional design, and the chic feeling of the matte color is good like OEM Parts.
[Points to note] It is molded to fit the shape of the tank, so of course it will not fit the Ninja 1000 perfectly. It looks like it's warped up. We recommend using a Dryer to warm up the crimp and let it sit overnight. I didn't use Dryer because I put it on in the summer, but after crimping it by hand, I put Gum Tape on top of it and let it sleep overnight.
How did it compare to other products? The general Tank Pad is a thin plate, the shape like the leaf of the fern, and it is not the object of comparison because there are many things of a gaudy pattern and it did not like it, but I think that the price is not so different from these products, and the cost is high if it sees it from the quality.
Other items that would be helpful It would be nice to have a pattern to give the Tank a mounting position, but it's not a product set up for the Ninja 1000SX in the first place, so it's something subtle.View Detail
This was purchased for the Ninja 650 to help protect the fuel tank from scuffs. This does happen with the leathers zip section so always best to help stop that in the first place. The correct part was not hard to find, I just used the search facility on Webike and narrowed down the search to OEM Kawasaki and fuel tank protection. There was a few to choose from but only this one was specifically Kawasaki branded for this model. The cost was pretty good for such a good tank protector and along with a few other items in my basket, I got them all shipped together to save on a bit of shipping cost. I generally use EMS these days as they just get the job done. I almost always get my order delivered within a week and more so in 5 days from shipping Webike warehouse. This was no exception, the order arrived in 5 days as expected. The outer box was sealed along each side and the inner was well padded out. With the tank pad being flat and needing to stay that way during transit, Webike had this taped to a large piece of cardboard to keep them safe. This worked a treat. The tank pad itself was packaged in a nice Kawasaki standard packet. They are flexible but do have some structure to them. They were slightly on the thin side but when you think about it, if they were much thicker, you would struggle to get it placed where you need it anyway. I am very pleased with the purchase and look forward to trying them out on the road as they also supposed to give a little grip to the tank too. Added bonus. Thanks Webike View Detail
I have said this before and this is something every fuel tank should have on them from factory. Fortunately, no scratches to cover on this beautiful tank. No need to tempt fate so I just thought it best bet for now to get a tank pad. This will help stop any scratces and abrasions from the jacket etc. The correct tank pad was not hard to find, I just filtered the manufacturer and then model of bike and there were a couple to choose from. I deceided on the genuine Kawasaki one as it will fit as it should do with it being made for this bike. The cost was not too bad actually and better than I had seen for sale locally. With a couple of other tank pads for other bikes, I had them all shipped together via EMS. EMS just do what they say and get your order to you quickly. Mine arrived 5 days after the shipping date which is perfect. The entire order was neatly packed in the box, the tank pads were all kept nice and flat so there was no distortion which could have been a problem when fitting. The tank pad came in a Kawasaki packet and was neatly presented. The pad itself feels very nice and smooth but does have a bit of friction due to the materials used. Fitting was straight forward and when on without issue. As this is a 3 piece tank pad, you should really mock up the fitting beforehand so you know where it will sit once you remove the backing. Easy if you take your time. No one wants to have a constant reminder that they messed up with a wonky set. Pleased with the purchase and hopefully, this stops any future scuffs from happening with my jacket zip. Thanks Webike View Detail
This is something every fuel tank should have on them from factory. Unfortunately, sometimes scratches occur and this makes a real mess of a beautiful tank. This was exactly what happened to this Z900. I just thought it best bet for now to get a new tank pad which will cover the scratches and then also add protection for any future scuffs. I was expecting a slightly more domed gel pad but for what it is, it's fine for my needs. Fitting was straight forward and when on without issue. Pleased with the purchase and hopefully, this stops any future scuffs from happening with my jacket zip. Thanks Webike View Detail
Nice simple design. It compliments the pattern of the stock seat. It's a bit on the small side, so correct placement is key. A bit bigger would have been good.Make sure it covers the area where your belt buckle might contact the tank during normal riding. Also, be sure to fit it while the bike is level..either use the centre stand or paddock stand.View Detail
?attachment The CBR650R is mounted at the same position angle as the NORMAL. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
