GIVI for peace of mind
It is being used as a top case of CRF1000L.
The capacity is quite large type in 52L and Top case, but it is not as heavy as it looks, and the storage capacity is outstanding, Helmet can stand and Quantity:2pc. It can hold a helmet and a jacket. However, if you have a helmet that sticks out like an off-helmet, 1pc. is the limit because the lid won't close unless you turn it sideways.
The case itself is Plastic but quite sturdy, and the top panel is Material:There is a sense of luxury in aluminum, and even if Side case is combined with WreckerOutBack, there is no sense of discomfort in appearance.
Although you need to prepare a special base plate to attach it to the car body, you can attach and detach it with a single motion and it is quite easy to use. That's not to say it's prone to falling off, and it doesn't look like it's going to rattle even if you're driving on a bouncy road.
The waterproofing is fine, and as long as the lid is closed tightly, it doesn't seem to get flooded by a little rain. I don't know because I haven't ridden in real rain yet, but when I washed the mud stains on the exterior with Shower, it didn't soak.
SizeThe price is reasonable, but I feel that it is worth it.
I would highly recommend it to anyone who is having trouble choosing a top case for their AdventureMotorcycle.

This Large size is very convenient.
I was a little concerned about the strength of each part because it's resin, but it's pretty solid and I haven't had any problems with it.
However, I don't have anything that heavy in my bag, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to attach it to the Base or not.

If you install it more than you thought, it is Large, but it's convenient as anything can be thrown in.
If Helmet is also empty, it is affordable Quantity : 2pc. Set storage (us Jet only so JetQuantity : 2pc. Set)
There is no running with putting heavy objects, but there is nothing to wander in particular. (Actual feeling only)

It took less than 2 months to arrive the base rack, so it is still unused for long distance Two, but capacity is enough even at accommodation tournament !!

[Advantages]
- Anyway it's a big deal.. A lot of things will come round from Helmet to Tent. In day trips Touring you will swallow souvenirs and those who go to Camping will also be useful.
- A square thing. This square shape is good considering that the round shape was not able to fit the imaginary luggage properly in the past E 52.
[Disadvantages]
- There is no High Mount Stop Lamp. When this is enough for the deck box, I am concerned about the visibility of the Stop-lamp from behind. For the sake of completeness we are thinking to attach Tape LED etc.
- Large as well as self-weight 5. There are 2 kg.. In the case of large packages such as Camping, we try to put in light shelf, Air mattress, Rain jacket etc so as not to override the set load of Carrier.View Detail
