[How is it used? I wanted to replace the Grip and Bar End while I was doing the Lever replacement, so I replaced the Handlebar too!
Was the one you received as per Image? While slightly lower than OEM, nothing wrong with that!
Was the installation difficult? Although the Handlebar itself is not difficult to install, I wasn't sure whether or not to drill a hole in the Handlebar to fix the Switch, and as a result, I shaved off the protrusion around the Switch to install it!
How was your experience with it? I'm uncomfortably Large satisfied!
These are excellent quality handle bars. The handle bars feel very sturdy and well-made. The quality of the chrome on the handle bars is excellent as well; there are no visible blemishes, marks, or scratches on the chrome whatsoever. Although the Forward Conti of the same HURRICANE was used before, since it was a Makeover, it changed into the Flat-continental 4 type.In height, although it seldom changes to a Forward Conti, since Flat-continental 4 type is close to a Flat, it is necessary to lengthen with an arm near at hand, and becomes with some [ nature and ] anteversion. The Brake and Clutch side has a Tank and in addition last-minute Hoses, and the Position change for the upper and lower sides of Levers is in the state which is not made at all. Take note: In my images, handlebar appearance will seem dull as i have spray painted over it to hide scratches i made when installing it. Original apperance is very glossy.About quality:No issues with the quality, however would have preferred a powdercoat finish to the acrylic coating.About design:Handlebar curves up first before sweeping down so you get the angled cafe racer handlebar look without sacrificing comfort and having to bend low.About fitment:Compatible with my bike's stock handlebar clamp, as the design is similar to the stock handlebar where the diameter is 22mm but thicker in the middle section at roughly 28mm. The handlebar turning radius is slightly affected whereby "full-lock" is at 95% now but it doesnt give me any problems whatsoever. Its only just touching but not scratching/slamming into the tank coverset, when pushed all the way to one side when parking. All switches housing unaffected, no need for rewiring/changing throttle cable length etc, but you do need to slightly adjust the tension in the throttle cable from the locknut thing.Difficulty of installation:Easy, did my first ever handlebar swap with this. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
