[How is it used? I bought this product because it bottomed out when I lent it out to my friend who is a Large threshold of the body. Was the one you received as per Image? It's a functional product, so you can't tell the difference at all from the outside, and if you replace it, you can't tell even more because it goes into a place you can't see.
Was the installation difficult? As you can see in the picture, if you remove the handlebar and the top cap of the fork, you can easily replace the fork with the OEM product. (This picture was taken for the purpose of impressions, so you should remove the fork from the car and check the fork oil level and adjust the oil level) If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
How was your experience with it? The same friend ran the same Course and it didn't bottom out anymore, so it definitely works. If I get in. "The Front fork has stiffened. I could firmly feel the
[Included Parts:were they on? No instruction manual or specification table. "Only Spring! This is a graceful product of
[Was there anything that disappointed you? There is no change in the amount of suspension stroke, but it becomes harder at the time of sinking, and the return after sinking becomes faster, so there may be no Merit for people with light weight. "I kind of want to trade." I don't think it's a product that
Other items that would be helpful include Point and hang of installation When you pull out the OEM spring, the amount of fork oil will decrease, please measure the amount of fork oil according to the service manual. I think it would be better to adjust the rear shock to match the front shock for better balance (I made the rear spring 2 steps harder).
[Availability and clarity of the Instruction Manual There is no Instruction Manual, if you are not sure about replacing it yourself, don't hesitate to ask the shop.
[Notes] Make sure you have the correct amount of Fork oil for the decrease as mentioned above.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER I think it is better to buy OEM or fork oil according to your preference.
[Opinions and requests to Manufacturer It is better to have Instruction Manual, but I think it is also better to have various tables (Spring rate etc.).
I bought a used'13 KLX125 The front fork was too much of a pain in the ass when I test drove the actual car that arrived at the motorcycle shop And the clerk Not a Level to drive on public roads I've been described as I bought this Reinforcement Spring in a hurry and put it together with #20Oil before delivery I received it Therefore, we are implying without knowing the softness of OEM To be honest, I think this is still somewhat soft When breaking on a paved road, the fork sinks more and more How does Brake work that well? It's enough to give you the illusion that you're not How flexible are OEMs? I'm afraid of that If you don't raise the initial of the gear as explained, after installation, Fork will be in a downward gear position I have the impression that the quickness of a Small car is lost because it sleeps Adjust the rear at the same time
The old product description says COLOR added for '15 and later I think it would have been The current model has been changed to a longer spring length I'm here Before '14 years old, additional parts are required to be removed and installed in the ALL MODEL It's unnecessaryView Detail
NoseDive at Breaking is suppressed and it is a good feeling. Since it is not even extremely hard, attenuation is not effective either, and Spring is too soft. I put it in the Fork of KLX 125 and think that it is a part that is not damaged. View Detail
Rear was hardened and front was hardened because it felt soft. If you know a little bit about maintenance, you can replace it without any problem. I'm hoping to be able to up the pace on the forest roads. It is recommended to replace the top cap at the same time as spring replacement.View Detail
It is considerably softer than OEM. Traction feels Well applied and is easier to ride. I feel that this slows down the response to fast turnarounds and the like. I think it is perfect for off-road driving.View Detail
good point vehicle height increases (approx. 10mm) A bad point Shock is Large Threshold (Obviously.)
I left the spring replacement work to the shop along with the fork oil change.
I replaced the rear suspension with MD38's, and the height of the car was raised another 10mm. I tried it over the curb and the impact was still a bit of a gusher. I haven't tried it on the off-road yet, but I think it has reduced the anxiety of getting stuck on bumps, etc.
If the Rear is set to NORMAL, the Rear sinks a lot when you ride. It is recommended to replace with Rear at the same time.View Detail
The Normal fork of the KLX230 is so soft that it bottoms out immediately after flying a little gap. Because of the DamperROD, the pressure side dumping is hardly effective, and I was dissatisfied with the lack of ground feeling. I tried to move up a position in Oil, but this time the stretch became too hard and I bounced in consecutive Gaps and failed. My next move was to increase my SPRate and I came up with this product.
I thought it was too hard because it said 25% RateUp from OEM. I thought. I tried to calculate the Rate of OEMSP, and the result was 3.37Nm. Because it was the thing that it was 3.4Nm even by the actual measurement value of a certain SuspensionShop. I thought that 15% rate up would be just right for this SP which was written as 3.9Nm.
When I actually received the product and compared it to the OEM, the wire diameter was only slightly thicker and the number of turns was almost the same. It was hard to tell the difference at a quick glance, and it was only different when you looked closely. When I calculated the rate, it was 3.95Nm, which is almost the same as the manufacturer's official rate of 3.9Nm.
When I actually built it in and tried to stroke it, it didn't feel so hard initially. In OEM, it is the impression that it is stepping firmly at the end in the back where it went in Scauperoon as it is. The actual running is still to come, but it has a solid feeling without changing too much, and it is expected. Also, the OEMSP has a large sink rate (65-67kg) and I had to use the Washer to apply Initial to get the correct zag. I replaced it with this SP and got almost the right zag, so I removed the Washer as well.
If you're one of those people who was second guessing yourself as being too hard because of the stated 25% RateUp. It's actually a RateUp of about 15%, so I think it's worth a try.View Detail
?attachment The CBR650R is mounted at the same position angle as the NORMAL. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
