Plug comparison including this product on D-Tra (Use with Utani Coil)
[How is it used? I used about 3 Repeats in D Tracker. It was mainly Motard race. I also used it in Touring. Change from Standard Plug BP5HACR9EK and Iridium plugsCR8EIX.
Was the one you received as per Image? Image is correct. It's a decent plug, and the accuracy and quality are perfectly fine. NGK is the best.
Was the installation difficult? As long as you have a plug wrench, you should have no problem tightening the plug if you're careful with the angle. I didn't need to remove the tank, but since the clearance is a bit narrow, it's easier to work with it removed.
How was your experience with it? The following is a comparative impression of Standard Plug BP5HACR9EK and Iridium plugs CR8EIX in combination with Utani Coil. First of all, there was no problem using this product with the D Tracker with the Wotani Coil, and I was able to drive with no trouble during the period of use. It is not applicable, but can be put on normally. Since I was using it with the Utani Coil, I was able to get a good start with any of the plugs, and the torque feeling was good with the Large. However, the CR9EK was a little difficult to start in the winter. Also, the CR9EK was not in good shape when touring in the winter. (I'm guessing it's because of the cold type.) In the mid-summer Circuit run, I was in good shape. The Iridium plugs had extremely poor starting performance once the electrodes became dirty, so I think the Standard Plug BP5HACR8EK is more reliable for car bodies that are prone to coking when using the Utani Coil. The Life had been replaced with a new one between 3000km and 3500km, as the Torque feeling changes after 3000km. The life of all the plugs was similar, but the Iridium plugsCR8EIX had a slightly lower life because of the thinner electrodes.
Based on the above, I felt that CR8EK was the best choice when used with the Uotani Coil.

Point and hang of installation Anti-seizure agent on the screw part of the Plug (Anti-seeds、CopperCompoundetc.) can be applied to prevent it from becoming a Trouble the next time it is replaced. I've been doing it that way for more than a decade, and I've never had a problem with the plug burning off. Also, it's not enough to tighten the plug as hard as you can, so read the product description carefully and do the work.
The purpose of the two-pole plug is to make the outer electrode a multi-pole spec. and to ensure durability by distributing electrode wear and tear. In addition, the multi-pole plug is said to have the effect of improving the discharge characteristics (lowering the required voltage), so I expect the good condition to last as long as possible. Although the effect of power up is not expected to be so much, the reliability is high because it seems to be adopted by OEM Plug as well.
I don't know how well it works yet, but I think it's a good purchase.
About quality and texture - The ER8EH spark plug from NGK is a standard resister plug with a heat rating of 8, made using high quality processes and materials.About the feeling of use - After using the included Denso spark plug from the big bore kit I began to have idling issues and difficultly restarting the engine when warm. After identifying and installing this alternate spark plug from NGK my issues have now been resolved.Products to buy together - With the spark plug being a regular service item, key products to purchase when carrying out maintenance on my motorcycle would be crush washers, gaskets and the like as these products are cheap and convenient to have on hand.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the ER8EH spark plug is an simple task that took 0.2 of an hour to complete. Some mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is all that is required to firstly check the gap between the center electrode and the ground electrode and then install the spark plug onto the cylinder head.Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products NGK sell to great value when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the ER8EH spark plug is no different.About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the ER8EH spark plug, I chose EMS for an earlier arrive date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs. There were a few parts I needed for projects and maintenance, these spark plugs were definitely one of those I was in need of as I had run out of them. I do like to have a few different plugs in stock for any instances that I need them. A bike came in and this was a plug that was needed yet I did not have any in stock at the time. The price Webike have these for is very good value. I ordered a full set and along with some other parts in my order, all were shipped together with EMS and arrived in 5 days. None of the items in my order were damaged and arrived in perfect condition. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN?
