Last time I used Union Industries' Oil Filter, but in the case of Union's Oil Filter, when I tightened the engine with the specified Torque, the Oil started to seep out. (It stopped when tightened about 1.0 N strongly.) I used this filter this time, but it did not blot even when I tightened it with the specified Torque, so I guess filters are cheap or bad.
