When accelerating at full throttle from low rpm, there is a gasp and the Torque comes out suddenly at the beginning of opening, and sometimes the Response is too good, so we have been searching for a way to improve it. I found some opinions on the Net that the cause of the problem seems to be the lean combustion of the exhaust gas regulation, and I tried to install this product which claims to improve the problem to some ideal level. Installation is easy, but there is a rumor that you can't get the manufacturer's warranty if you install it by yourself. In my case, I will give up if it breaks. I thought it was just an occult part, but I was surprised. The nervousness at the start of breathing and opening is also improved. If I say "bad," it is a dull response, but if I say "good," it can be handled roughly, which may suit the character of the motorcycle. I feel that the Torque is thicker in the low RPM range, and in my case, I have more opportunities to use the low RPM range, so I feel that the fuel consumption has increased somewhat. By the way, the recommended setting of 6-2 seems to be good for Stock. If you compare it to the CVcarburetor of yesteryear, you will feel the same kind of ride. It is similar to the smell of gasoline. If you ask me if it is better to have it as a general comment, Large is strong even if you don't have it. If you open the throttle valve slowly, you will not feel any gasping, and if you keep careful acceleration operation in mind, you will be able to handle nervous responses. However, as a person accustomed to the easy handling of CVcarburetor, I thought it was possible. Finally, this product is compatible with different vehicle models, so please check carefully before purchasing.
Fits: YAMAHA YZF R25 15-17, YAMAHA YZF R25 18-20, YAMAHA YZF R3 15-20, YAMAHA SR 400 12-18, YAMAHA T-Max 500 06-11
Purchased to improve acceleration from low rpm and engine engagement.
The type of O2Sensor is to be inserted into the O2Sensor Wiring, but the work was completed without even removing the tank. However, the SR has very little space under the seat, so it was difficult to find a place to store it.
I was able to experience the desired effect and was satisfied with the performance.View Detail

Installation is easy, but if you are particular about the installation location and routing, it may take some time.
It's built to be waterproof like CDIetc., but I don't think it's Completely Waterproof, so I think you should be careful where you install it.
This time, we installed it under the MT03's Tandem seat (on the body side).
Volume was stepless, though it had numbers on it.
I was a little worried that if I moved it a lot, it would become loose and not change on its own, because it would change when I moved it even a little.View Detail

[How is it used?
Installed on NINJA2 Helmet 50RR.
Traveling:Touring, mountain passes
Period of use:about 6 years
Custom contents:Exhaust SystemFull Exhaust System, external air cleaner, air cleaner box hole drilling
Was the one you received as per Image?
As shown in the image. When I first saw it, I couldn't figure out how to set the fuel condition since it was just a box.
Was the installation difficult?
Because of the wiring to the O2 sensor, it is necessary to remove the cowl, which is a time-consuming task, but the wiring itself is not difficult since it is only connected with the coupler.
The Body has a long enough Wiring that I can take it to the storage under the Tandem seat and tie it to the Frame there with an in-Hemp palm rack.
However, it came off with use, so I used double-sided tape to attach it this time.
How was your experience with it?
With the custom settings above, I chose the highest volume setting for the fuel mixture. With this setting, I was able to get a good torque and power feeling from the low RPM range, as well as a good lift to the high RPM range.
I'm really glad I installed it.
However, if the drilling of the air cleaner box was not done properly, it would be difficult to get the best setting because the only way to get the exact setting is to turn the volume of the fuel control.
It was quite a gamble. I felt that I had to do something.
The fuel consumption was 25 to 30km/l.
The body has not been broken by vibration and is still in use.

Point and hang of installation
Since it is unlikely that you will be able to remove each connection coupler once it is installed, it is a good idea to apply a contact recovery spray to prevent trouble.
Also, if setting is to be done frequently, it is desirable to install the unit in a location that is easy to access.View Detail

I think I'm only tweaking the fee ring on the open Axel.
Nothing changes in terms of acceleration or speed.
It's good for people who value FeeRing, but the performance is tame.View Detail

It's not a drastic change, but it did reduce the BackFirea when Axel is off.
Setting is not particularly difficult, and it is as described in the Instruction Manual. You may be able to fine tune it, but…
Installation can be done with ordinary tools.View Detail
