I am very happy with the performance of the clutch driven pulley assembly evolve and more than satisfied with the quality! As I said in my earlier review I am not a mechanic, I am learning as I go along. However, as a United States Marine Corps Infantry alumni, I can spot excellence and value from kilometers away, and I have found it in Rin Parts. Excellence in human beings depends on team work, always. When one member of our team, our family and friends as well, is experiencing an obstacle of any kind, the person next to them is there to share strength. I don't have as much discipline for the Just Sitting form of meditation as I would like, but riding on two wheels as an exclusive form of transport for my entire life requires a meditative state. Way back in the 1970s I read a book called "Zen And The Art Of Motorcycle Maintenance " and it was extremely influential. Riding on two wheels eventually became The Way for me. As a Marine, it is not surprising that I would be influenced by the writings of Suzuki Shoshan naturally, but also the other side of the coin for me are the writings of Shunryu Suzuki. The irony is not lost on me. So every day as the Rin Parts Team engages in their part of the work, from the top of the command chain all the way down the line, management, clerical, production, shipping and receiving, the janitorial people. I am not a mechanic and only know some basic things specific to my scooter. My stock clutch driven pulley gave me good dependable service and good lifespan. I replaced it with a kit from a very popular company that a lot of people here in the US use and seem to like. It's performance initially was much better than stock. I installed it myself watching videos. I watched through a few times and then watched, paused, and did step by step. Very soon I got wobbling and slipping and then failure. It seemed to be the sheave and the vendor, after a long delay finally sent a new sheave. I replaced and reinstalled the same way . Same result. I decided to look to the country of my scooter's origin to find a quality driven clutch pulley assembly that was affordable. I found Rin Parts and they seemed to be a popular brand. I reached out in faith without researching based on my experiences visiting Japan in 1985. I reasoned that a bad product would not survive in Japan for very long at all. I was very happy but not surprised to be correct. It is sturdier constr and better performance than the one I replaced. I live in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains and got great performance over hills I navigate daily. I didn't bother to tune the variator. Even though it's working just fine, next payday I will buy the variator from Rin Parts and tune it. I am certain I will be pleased with the results. This will be the setup for my scooter from now until I am too old to ride on two wheels. Forever Two Wheels!View Detail

Although there was no necessity to replace the clutch, we replaced the clutch out of curiosity while replacing the Pulley and V-belt. A special tool is required to remove and install the clutch, but as long as you have the tool, it is easy to install. I had not understood the structure of a moped's clutch until now, but I think I understand the structure and mechanism of the clutch by installing the clutch. At first, I thought that I would replace the clutch at a later date and enjoy the changes caused by replacing only the former, but it became troublesome to repeat the process, so I ended up replacing them all at the same time. Therefore, all the impressions are those of the replaced parts. The connection of the clutch when starting is the same as OEM and Large. The top speed has been increased from 63km/h to 69km/h. The engine power will be increased in the future. The power of the engine is scheduled to be increased in the future, so we would like to change the clutch parts and season it accordingly.View Detail

The seat cover is fiiting really tight. I had to strech it very much but in my garage was very cold. I guess in a warmer temperture it will strech more easily and all the wrinkels will go awayView Detail
