This is one of the steel clutch plates that was purchased when replacing all the clutch parts for the RM80 clutch we were replacing. There was nothing particularly wrong with the old clutch parts but as with a new clutch, I wanted to make it all brand new and replace all the clutch plates etc. Finding the right clutch plates for this model of bike was not hard at all. I used the tools Webike provide in the help section and cross referenced with Suzuki schematics. The price for this clutch steel plate was really good value, especially as you do need a full set which includes various ones. There was only 4 of these steel plates needed. I had these all shipped together so I knew they would all arrive at the same time. This meant, I could crack on and do the full fitment without having to wait. EMS shipped my order and all the parts arrived in 5 days. Everything was very well packaged and there was no chance of any damage. Webike warehouse used a lot of bubble wrap. Great work guys. The steel plates are really great quality and I have never had any issues with fitment or the tolerances of any clutch plates direct from Suzuki . Excellent throughout. This bike came in with a few issues but nothing too serious. The owner had removed the clutch cover and generator cover and attempted to just replace the covers with the old gasket. Of course, this is not good as it would not create the essential seal. This is not a good idea at all. It was decided that buying a new genuine Suzuki gasket was the way forward and should have been done initially. Anyway, the gasket was pretty easy to find although Suzuki schematics can be a little odd to understand. I found it eventually and the price from Webike was brilliant. With the generator gasket also in my order, I got them both shipped together via EMS, the order was delivered successfully in 5 days as per usual with EMS. The gaskets were kept nice and flat and suffered no bends or damage. The gaskets are not really much to look at but once you pre fit them, you can see by the tolerances that they top quality. None of this, wobbly gasket that fits where you wiggle it to, oh no, it fits perfectly. No leaks, no issues. Now that is fitted, onto the generator gasket. Thanks Webike. Great work. View Detail
