Yet another seal that had perished on this lovely CBR1000RR. Not a problem as we were rebuilding it anyway so one more seal was easy enough to find. I use Honda schematics and then search the part on Webike. The price on Webike was better than I could source locally. I was buying a few other parts anyway so it just made sense to get the all at the same time and from the same company. EMS is who I use these days as they deliver my orders fast and efficiently. In 5 days my order arrived, it was well packaged and no problems with any damage. The outer seal was inside the standard Honda packet. It was also taped to a small piece on cardboard by Webike warehouse to make sure it did not bend. This is a pretty flimsy looking seal but it is strong too. My old filler cap needed replacing and purchased this as a OEM replacement. It came complete with a new set of OEM Honda keys and fitted perfectly. I did change the keys and barrel with the orginal keys and barrel (I watch a youtube video on how to do this) so that I only needed on set of keys for the bike. The whole process of buying and delivery was really easy and was kept informed of when this would arrive. A few parts needed replacing on this bike due to corrosion of bad salty weather. This plug pin and the actual hanger pin were not great. We decided to just get both of the parts and replace as just replacing one was a little silly. The plug pin was not hard to find as I had Honda schematics to check on. After finding the 2 parts needed on Webike website, I ordered these along with a couple of other bits. This saved on shipping and also meant that all the parts I needed, would arrive at the same time. This allows me to get on with the jobs together instead of having to wait for another shipment. The plug pin arrived and was inside a bubble wrap envelope that Webike warehouse had made. This kept both the plug pin and the hanger pin together for safety and so they would not get lost. The plug pin is essentially a grub screw which protect the hanger pin head from getting messed up. Unfortunately, someone had this plug pin out before and had not seated it correctly which meant salt and other road debris had made it's way inside. These things happen. The plug pin is well machined and even though it is a tiny part, Honda took the time to make it right. It went straight into the hanger pin with no fuss and now I am confident that this is protected going forward. Thanks you Webike. View Detail

During some maintenance I found a faulty washer plate and as my mind was not happy with this, I wanted to change it. Even though this is only a small a washer, it is worth the effort in fixing if you can get the parts for it. Yamaha schematics meant I found the right washer for this job and direct from Yamaha too. The price was pretty much the same as locally but as I was already ordering from Webike, why not get everything shipped at the same time. This saves a little on shipping costs and means I get the parts when I need them all. They got my order delivered in 5 days from being shipped which worked out perfectly for me. The washer came in the standard Yamaha packet along with the other parts I needed. The washer itself is a excellent quality item, it is precise with the parameters and there are no extra shards or swarf attached to it. The surface is smooth and flat as needed. This was one part of the big rebuild of the clutch and piston for the CB125F 2016 model. This gasket is for the cylinder head. The price for this part was very good from Webike and because I had a lot of parts needed for this rebuild I got them all together to save on shipping. The parts were not too difficult to find by using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Honda schematics. Upon receipt from EMS which arrived in 5 days from being shipped from Webike warehouse, the gasket is in one piece and no signs of damage at all. The gasket is made very well and is stiff but flexible enough to manoeuvre into place. Not really much else I can say at this point about the gasket. The true test will be when the bike is back together and started. Once all the parts were assembled and in place where I needed them the big refit commenced. This old bike came in with a couple of issues and one of these being the rear wheel. After some investigation, the washer which is part of the rear wheel assembly was one of the faults. Time for a new one. I found the part easy enough by using the schematics for Yamaha and cross referenced with Webike anyway. On this occasion, Webike could get the washer I needed but this would be a couple of days. The price from Webike was really good and besides that, my local Yamaha dealer could not source one any quicker. I did have some other parts I needed to order for this bike and got them all shipped at the same time to save me time and a little money too. After only 5 days from being shipped the entire order arrived. All the parts were expertly packaged by Webike warehouse and there was no damage to anything. This washer is not really much to look at but after close inspection, the tolerances and dimensions were spot on according to the user manual. This is a well machined washer and both faces are clear from debris and scratches. Another top quality part direct from Yamaha. I was changing my exhaust and the muffler gaskets that were already there had suffered too much damage to reuse. Not such a problem as I know I can source these pretty easily. Finding the correct part number was fairly straight forward, I used Webike tools in the help section and cross referenced for my own peace of mind on Kawasaki schematics for the equivalent part number to make sure. The cost from Webike was brilliant value and a little better than I could source locally. With a few other items in my order, I had them all shipped using EMS as they just do the job right. Combining items in my order also saved a bit of money on the shipping too. Bonus. My order arrived in 5 days from initial shipping from Webike warehouse. Very good timeframe from Japan to the UK. The order was packaged really well and any smaller parts were well wrapped and surrounded by bubble wrap. The gaskets themselves came in a Kitaco packaging which are mounted on a piece of cardboard for security. They are really cool looking gaskets with 2 types of material. I believe these also fit a few other models apart from the ZX-6R. Anyway, they fitted perfectly and the exhaust once fitted back does not blow or have any leaks. Very happy with the purchase.
