This bike had a lot of issues that needed addressing. Most of which were fuelling and the ignition system in general. Starting at the top and working the way down the bike. The petcock was an issues right off the bat as it was far from good working condition. No other real option than to buy a new genuine Honda one. As this is a pretty old bike, I thought it would problematic finding parts for it but behold, Webike had a lot of what I needed including this petcock assembly. When I tried finding the right part, this was tricky as there are not many schematics available but in the end, I found it. The price from Webike was brilliant value for money. With some other parts for this old bike, I got EMS to ship them all together. This took 5 days from being shipped to arrive at my door. The petcock was very well packaged by Webike warehouse. The assembly was in the Honda standard box. Although this is not really an intricate part by any stretch, it does hold a vital role in supply of petrol to the carbs. The petcock was very well cast, the valves all appear to work perfectly as I checked prior to install. The tap movement is free and easy and there are no hints of grinding or any other problem. This was the oil seal for the rear wheel on the TZR125 which also needed new wheel bearings. I do always replace the oil seals when it comes to any bearings where possible for my own peace of mind. It just makes sense to do this. Finding the right oil seal was easy as I already had the schematic open for the rear wheel bearings anyway. The price for the new seals was great value. At this price is was silly not to get them. With the other parts needed for this replacement, I had all the order shipped using EMS which are my chosen and trusted courier. My order arrived in 100% perfect condition in 5 days from being shipped. The oil seals came in the standard Yamaha packets and were also inside a nicely made bubble wrap envelope by Webike warehouse to keep them safe. The oil seals are pretty rigid if I am honest but that is not a bad thing. They are top quality oil seals which you expect from such a well respected manufacturer like Yamaha. Some maintenance on the Triumph Street Triple 2020. I needed a new air filter and we decided that going OEM was the best option. Not a big job but still, over time these do deteriorate and replacement is essential. Finding the correct filter for the bike was easy too, I checked on Webike website and this showed the models that fit each filter. Super easy. I had other items in my order and this then cut down the shipping over the entire order. I use EMS fast service which arrived at my door in 4 or 5 days, this time was 5 days but there was a weekend in-between. All the items were packaged really well and bubble wrap and air pockets were used to fill any space in the box. Webike even tape the outer box on all sides so nothing can get in out. The filter arrived in perfect condition and no signs of any damage. These air filter do also come in their own box which does help. The filter itself is a really well made piece of kit. Hi Flo really do know how to make these. All the filaments were perfect and spaced evenly. Fitting was a bit of a pain but only because you have to take a lot of parts off and move out of the way before you can get to the filter. If you take your time you will be fine. I have used Hi Flow air filters a lot lately and have had some good results from them and great customer feedback. The final result was great, all sorted really well. I was changing my exhaust and the muffler gaskets that were already there had suffered too much damage to reuse. Not such a problem as I know I can source these pretty easily. Finding the correct part number was fairly straight forward, I used Webike tools in the help section and cross referenced for my own peace of mind on Kawasaki schematics for the equivalent part number to make sure. The cost from Webike was brilliant value and a little better than I could source locally. With a few other items in my order, I had them all shipped using EMS as they just do the job right. Combining items in my order also saved a bit of money on the shipping too. Bonus. My order arrived in 5 days from initial shipping from Webike warehouse. Very good timeframe from Japan to the UK. The order was packaged really well and any smaller parts were well wrapped and surrounded by bubble wrap. The gaskets themselves came in a Kitaco packaging which are mounted on a piece of cardboard for security. They are really cool looking gaskets with 2 types of material. I believe these also fit a few other models apart from the ZX-6R. Anyway, they fitted perfectly and the exhaust once fitted back does not blow or have any leaks. Very happy with the purchase. These were another of the bolt purchases for the refurb of the 2021 Yamaha MT10. A lot of different bolts and collars and washers were needed to do this correctly. Not really much of an issue as these are parts that fit a lot of models in the Yamaha range. Finding was pretty easy too. Yamaha schematics have all the information you need for this. After getting the right part numbers, I searched Webike and found what I needed. With some other parts for this refurb I had all the order shipped at the same time by EMS. In 5 days from being shipped my order arrived. Everything in the order was expertly packaged. Even though these are just bolts, they do need to be the right specifications. Webike warehouse made sure these bolts were all kept nice and safe and inside a bubble wrap envelope. I checked all the bolts and was pleased with the quality.
