This was an imported bike that came in for various areas to be fixed. One was definitely the carbs and the connection boots for this. They were cracked and 2 were actually ripped which caused starting issues. I decided to go to Webike for these and not the USA dealer as the price was far better and the import fees would have been crippling. Finding the right boots was a little annoying and tricky as this was an imported bike but got there in the end. I obviously needed a set of 4 and Webike price was really great for the full set. With a couple of other parts in my order, I got them all shipped together to save on a bit of shipping costs. Just 5 days after the order was shipped it arrived in the UK. The box was very well packaged and all the individual parts were wrapped accordingly. These boots were all kept together and surrounded by bubble wrap to keep them safe. I was very surprised when I opened the Honda packets to find that the boots were actually really flexible. Not what I expected at all. The quality looks and feels excellent and there were no extras pieces on any of the boots. Fitting was easy enough if you know what you are doing. This bike came in with a few issues that needed sorting. Also, the previous owner had gotten a tear in the seat unit for the rear which made this bike look old and tired. We went for the genuine OEM Honda seat unit as recovering it would cost more than we could get the unit from Webike for. Finding this right seat was easy when checking Honda schematics. The price that Webike had this for was brilliant value and luckily, at the time it was also in a small sale so got even more value for money. EMS is my chosen courier as I trust that company and they always get my orders delivered super quick. This was no exception. In 5 days from being shipped, my order arrived. The seat unit did come in the standard Honda box and was well packaged. Upon opening you could smell a really nice new smell you only get from seats. I do not think this is leather but it feels the same. The material is smooth and well fitted and all the alignments for fitting to the Rebel were perfect. This bike was desperately in need of a new left side crank case cover gasket for the YZ125 2015 as the previous owner just did not keep up with maintenance at all. With it being a small off road bike, they do take a bit of work during riding but up keep is no excuse. Not a big deal. I found the correct part number from Yamaha schematics etc. Webike price was really competitive too. A few other parts with this were ordered together by EMS and delivered in 5 days. All my order was delivered with no issues, all the gaskets were kept flat so not to damage. This gasket is not a big one but it does have some intricate details that need to be correct to fit the crank case. You can see it has been manufactured the right way and not cheaped out on it. It is sturdy and has a slight flexibility. All the holes aligned with the fitment and went on pretty easily too. Fitted quickly but precisely in just under half an hour with everything else put back together. Very pleased with this one, the bike does look a lot better without the old gasket flaking off and I know it will last a fair few years to come. Thanks Webike.View Detail

It was time to swap these out for new OEM piston assembly kit. It has been a long time since I have had to fit these to a Yamaha YZ125 but they are basically the same as swapping out any other brand. The compression of the bike was way off and this clearly meant new rings were essential so why not just get the entire assembly for this good a price. Maintenance was definitely needed and the piston rings had seen better days. I was very happy with the price that Webike were selling these at and the assembly was a fair bit cheaper than I could source locally here in the UK. Along with a few other Yamaha parts in my order, the shipping cost was very good value as it was spread out over the entire order. EMS fast is what I used and I am going to continue using this service as they just deliver very fast indeed. This was 5 days from ordering to delivery at my front door. The box everything came in was sealed by Webike on each side so nothing could be lost during transit. They even packed all the individual items in their own little bubble wrap pocket and then added extra bubble wrap to fill in any spaces. Everything arrived in 100% perfect condition. Luckily, none of the original rings were totally fubarred but they were in a sorry state. The rings came in a nice little packet and were as you imagine piston rings to be, they are basically all the same anyway, nothing to write home about. The piston came in the standard Yamaha box as these do and was very well machined indeed. The bearing also comes in this assembly and is superb quality, nice and smooth throughout the range. There is also a piston pin so everything is brand new and ready to go.Fitting was relatively easy, take your time and you're good to go. Be careful as there are some pretty sharp edges on these so I would suggest using a good set of working gloves. The compression is in a better state now and runs a lot better than it did before. The KTM690 Enduro came in for a service which included a new air filter and we decided that going DNA was the better option for them to try. Not a big job but still, even though this is not a new bike, they wanted an aftermarket filter. Finding the correct filter for the bike was easy too, I checked on Webike website and this showed the models that fit each filter and then cross referenced with DNA website on the KTM690 for my own peace of mind. Super easy. I had other items in my order and this then cut down the shipping over the entire order. I use EMS fast service which arrived at my door in 4 or 5 days, this time was 5 days but there was a weekend in between. All the items were packaged really well and bubble wrap and air pockets were used to fill any space in the box. Webike even tape the outer box on all sides so nothing can get in out. The filter arrived in perfect condition and no signs of any damage. These air filter do also come in their own box which does help. The filter itself is a really well made piece of kit. DNA really do know how to make these. All the filaments were perfect and spaced evenly. Fitting was a bit of a pain but only because you have to take a lot of parts off and move out of the way before you can get to the filter. If you take your time you will be fine. I have used DNA air filters a lot lately and have had some good results from them and great customer feedback. The final result was great, all sorted really well. These were another part that was for a smaller bike I got in from a customer. This time it is the rear brake pads for the YZF-R6 2001 as the old ones were well beyond their usage. I did not change the rear pads on the last service as they were perfectly good and had a lot of use still in them. Usually on this bike, the front need changing twice as often as the rear anyway. Finding the right ones was easy but checking on Yamaha schematics and then searching for this part number on Webike YZF-R6 model. Luckily, they had a set in their warehouse and so added to my order. EMS shipped my order and all arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from being shipped. Everything was well padded out in the box so there was no damage. These pads are Yamaha pads and do last quite a while, probably longer than these should have as the customer clearly prefers the front brake to the rear. The pad material is even and looks pretty tasty for a small bike. Perhaps not sintered but they do have some heavy compound in them. This was one part of the big rebuild of the clutch and piston for the WR400F 2000 model. This gasket is for the cylinder head. The price for this part was very good from Webike and because I had a lot of parts needed for this rebuild I got them all together to save on shipping. The parts were not too difficult to find by using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. Upon receipt from EMS which arrived in 5 days from being shipped from Webike warehouse, the gasket is in one piece and no signs of damage at all. The gasket is made very well and is stiff but flexible enough to manoeuvre into place. Not really much else I can say at this point about the gasket. The true test will be when the bike is back together and started. Once all the parts were assembled and in place where I needed them the big refit commenced.
