The Ohlins HO819 Rear Shocks for the Honda Monkey 125 are a game-changer for ride quality and performance. Known for their premium construction, these shocks feature adjustable preload, compression, and rebound damping, allowing for a customized ride tailored to various conditions. The improvement in handling and stability is immediately noticeable, providing a smoother and more controlled ride. I would suggest upgrading the front suspension at the same time however.
About quality and texture - The rear shock absorber from Ohlins is made from machined billet aluminium featuring gold and silver anodized surface finishes with yellow painted springs, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect.About the feeling of use - Obviously way better then the original units with there heavier rated springs, preload adjusting collars, rebound and compression adjusters. This rear shock absorber offers multiple spring options so everyone is covered for your weight and riding style. Products to buy together - After purchasing this rear shock absorber the next flaw in the rear suspension system is the swing arm pivot bushes that restrict movement. The purchasing of a swing arm with bearings at the pivot points will complete the upgrade.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the rear shock absorber is a simple task that took 0.5 of an hour to complete. Mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is what is required to secure the rear shock absorber between the frame and the swingarm.Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Ohlins sell to be higher then what most other companies sell their products for and the rear shock absorber is no different, but this is due to the high quality materials used and the consistent high quality finish of their products.About shipping and packaging - With there being no option for sea freight or EMS for the rear shock absorber, I had to chose FEDEX which is priced higher then I like to usually spend on shipping. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs. From service parts to performance products and even motorcycle gear and apparel, Webike always seem to satisfy my needs in regards to availability and pricing.View Detail
About quality and texture - The rear suspension from Ohlins is made from billet aluminium with detailed machining featuring gold and silver anodized surface finishes, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect.About the feeling of use - If you want your upgraded suspension to be noticed by others then Ohlins is the brand to purchase. The rear suspension is obviously way better then the original unit with it's heavier rated spring, preload adjusting collars and compression/rebound damping adjustment knobs and the looks when fitted to the Grom with it's matching gold front forks are just ridiculously good.Products to buy together - The Honda Grom is an inexpensive motorcycle with a lot of low quality parts from the factory, so the purchasing of other high quality parts like this rear suspension from Ohlins would be perfect and the essential product to purchase to complete your suspension upgrade would be the Ohlins front fork insert kit but sadly Webike Japan do not have this product available but you can purchase it from Webike Thailand.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the rear suspension is a intermediate task that took 1.5 hours to complete. Mechanical aptitude, knowledge on disassembling the Honda Grom and the use of basic hand tools is what is required to secure the rear suspension between the frame and the swingarm, then position the remote reservoir as desired.Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Ohlins sell to be higher then what most other companies sell their products for and the rear suspension is no different, but this is due to the high quality materials used and the consistent high quality finish of their products.About shipping and packaging - With there being no option for sea freight or EMS for the rear suspension, I had to chose FEDEX which is priced higher then I like to usually spend on shipping. About quality and textureThe quality of the Zero Gravity Corsa screen is decent, but it’s not quite on the same level as the OEM screen. The material feels a bit thinner and not as refined around the edges, though the overall shape and finish are still good enough for everyday use.About the feeling of useOnce installed, the Corsa screen made a noticeable difference in wind protection. At higher speeds, especially on the freeway or track, I felt much less wind hitting my chest and helmet. It gives the bike a more aggressive look too, which I really like.Products to buy togetherI added the kawasaki oem sticker.Difficulty of installationInstallation was straightforward. It’s just a few screws to swap the OEM screen out, and everything lined up without issues. Took me about 15 minutes with basic tools.Cost performance and comparison with other productsIn terms of value, it’s reasonably priced. It’s cheaper than some of the high-end options like MRA or Puig, but you do get what you pay for — less refinement, but solid performance. If you’re after better wind deflection without breaking the bank, this is a good choice.About shipping and packagingShipping was quick and the packaging was secure. The screen came wrapped well with no scratches or damage.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasingIf you’re really picky about fit and finish, just be aware that this won’t match OEM quality exactly. Also, double-check that you’re ordering the Corsa version — there are different shapes (Double Bubble, Sport Touring, etc.), and they vary a lot in looks and performance.View Detail
About Quality and TextureThe quality of the Yoshimura Hepta Force TSS full titanium exhaust is top-notch. The titanium finish looks stunning and feels incredibly premium. It’s lightweight yet sturdy, and the craftsmanship is evident in every detail. The welds are flawless, and the carbon fiber tip adds a nice touch.About the Feeling of UseThe difference in performance and sound is phenomenal. The exhaust note is deeper and much sportier without being obnoxious. The bike feels livelier, especially in the mid-to-high RPM range, and the quick shifter works noticeably smoother compared to the stock exhaust. It’s an absolute joy to ride now.Products to Buy TogetherI’d recommend purchasing a fuel management system like a Power Commander or ECU tune along with this exhaust. It’ll help optimize the air-fuel ratio and unlock the full potential of the bike. A pair of good earplugs might also be a good idea for longer rides!Difficulty of InstallationInstallation was straightforward but took some time. The instructions were clear, and everything lined up perfectly. If you have basic tools and mechanical knowledge, you can do it yourself. Otherwise, it’s worth getting a professional to ensure it’s done right.Cost Performance and Comparison with Other ProductsIt’s not the cheapest exhaust on the market, but the performance, weight savings, and quality justify the price. Compared to other premium options, the Yoshimura Hepta Force stands out for its perfect fit and refined sound. Definitely worth the investment if you’re looking for a serious upgrade.About Shipping and PackagingShipping was fast, and the packaging was excellent. The exhaust came securely packed with plenty of padding, so there were no scratches or dents. You can tell Yoshimura takes pride in delivering their products in pristine condition.Any Concerns, Cautions, or Advice When PurchasingMake sure this exhaust system complies with local noise and emissions regulations, as it’s quite loud compared to stock. Also, don’t skip tuning your bike after installation—it makes a big difference in performance and reliability.View Detail
I recently bought the SP Takegawa Titanium Alloy Tappet Adjusting Nuts for my Honda Monkey 125, specifically for the 181cc 4-valve kit upgrade. Here’s my review based on my experience:About Quality and Texture:The quality of the SP Takegawa nuts is impressive. The titanium alloy gives them a premium, solid feel while being lightweight. Compared to the stock tappet nuts, these are not only half the weight, but they also feel incredibly durable. The lighter weight helps reduce the load on the rocker arms, which in turn lowers stress on the engine. This kind of attention to detail in design and materials is something I really appreciate.About the Feeling of Use:After installation, I immediately noticed a smoother engine performance. The lighter weight of the tappet adjusting nuts seems to make the engine rev more freely. It feels like the rocker arms have less strain on them, especially at higher RPMs. The overall responsiveness of the engine has improved, and it gives me more confidence in pushing the 181cc 4-valve kit to its limits.Products to Buy Together:If you're upgrading the tappet adjusting nuts, I’d recommend getting SP Takegawa’s camshaft kit or a performance cam chain to fully optimize the performance of your engine. These complement the tappet nuts and maximize the performance gains.Difficulty of Installation:Installation was fairly straightforward if you have experience working on the top end of the engine. For those who aren’t familiar with engine tuning, it might be best to have a mechanic install it to ensure the nuts are adjusted correctly.Cost Performance and Comparison with Other Products:In terms of price, these are on the higher side compared to standard or aftermarket steel tappet nuts. However, the weight savings and performance boost they provide make them worth the extra cost. The fact that they are half the weight of the stock nuts makes a noticeable difference in engine stress and performance, which justifies the price for me.About Shipping and Packaging:The product was well-packaged and arrived in great condition. SP Takegawa always does a good job with shipping, and this was no exception. It arrived within a reasonable time, and the nuts were securely packaged with no damage.Any Concerns, Cautions, or Advice When Purchasing:One thing to keep in mind is that these tappet nuts are best suited for performance builds like the 181cc 4-valve kit. If you’re running a stock engine, the benefits might not be as noticeable. Also, ensure that you adjust the tappets carefully, as improper adjustment can affect engine performance or cause damage.Overall, I highly recommend these for anyone upgrading their Honda Monkey 125 with a performance kit. The reduction in weight really helps with engine efficiency, especially at high RPMs!View Detail

I recently installed the Yoshimura Oil Filler Cap Type-FB on my Kawasaki ZX-4R, and here’s my review:About quality and textureThe quality of the Yoshimura Oil Filler Cap is excellent. It’s made from durable materials, and the finish is smooth with a nice Yoshimura logo engraved on it. It looks high-end and adds a bit of a premium feel to the engine area. It doesnt come with a new O-ring though.About the feeling of useThe cap feels solid and well-made. It fits perfectly and securely, so I have no worries about leaks. Plus, it comes pre-drilled for safety wire, which is a great feature if you’re using it for track days or just want extra security.Products to buy togetherI would recommend pairing this with other Yoshimura parts, like their bar ends or frame sliders, to keep the look consistent across your bike. It’s a nice touch to have matching pieces.Difficulty of installationThe installation was super easy. You’ll need a 14mm socket to tighten it properly, and it only took me a couple of minutes to install. No special tools needed, and it fit perfectly with my ZX-4R.Cost performance and comparison with other productsIt’s a bit more expensive than basic oil caps, but the quality and design are well worth the price. Compared to cheaper options, the Yoshimura cap feels more solid and gives the bike a cleaner, custom look.About shipping and packagingShipping was fast, and the packaging was great. The oil cap came in a small, well-protected box, so it arrived in perfect condition without any scratches or dents.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasingMy only advice is to make sure you have the 14mm socket ready for installation. Also, the pre-drilled hole for safety wire is a great bonus if you’re into track riding. Overall, it’s a small but excellent upgrade for the ZX-4R, both in terms of function and appearance. I’m really happy with it!View Detail
I recently installed the Yoshimura Steering Stem Nut on my Kawasaki ZX-4R, and here’s my review:About quality and textureThe quality of the Yoshimura Steering Stem Nut is excellent. It feels very solid and has a premium finish. The texture is smooth, and the engraving on it looks great. It definitely adds a touch of class to the bike.About the feeling of use It looks much nicer than the stock nut, adding a bit of customization to the bike’s appearance. Also saves a tiny bit of weight.Products to buy togetherI recommend pairing this with other Yoshimura parts, like the bar ends or frame sliders, to keep the look consistent. If you’re into customizing your bike, these products work well together.Difficulty of installationInstallation was pretty simple, but here’s a tip: put a zip lock bag between the nut and the socket when tightening to avoid scratching the finish. This trick worked perfectly, and the nut stayed scratch-free. It took about 10 minutes to install.Cost performance and comparison with other productsThe Yoshimura Steering Stem Nut is a bit more expensive than some other options, but the quality and design make it worth it. It’s better looking and more durable than cheaper alternatives. You’re paying for both the brand and the high quality.About shipping and packagingShipping was fast, and the packaging was great. The nut was well-protected in a small box, and everything arrived in perfect condition.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasingMy main advice is to be careful during installation. Use the zip lock bag trick to avoid scratching, and don’t overtighten. Make sure to double-check compatibility with your bike model before purchasing. Overall, it’s a small but stylish upgrade for the ZX-4R, and I’m really happy with it.View Detail
