Original O-Ring was leaking from the 4 valve cylinder head lower inspection cover
About quality and texture - The inspection cover O-Ring from SP Takegawa is made from soft rubber, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect.About the feeling of use - Another unique design/shaped O-Ring that was necessary for me to purchase when piecing together parts for my engine overhaul as the original O-Ring was leaking from the 4 valve cylinder head lower inspection cover.Products to buy together - A key product to purchase when freshening up the top end of the engine is a new gasket set as it is far from advised to reassemble this area with used gaskets and the snap ring used in this area is also advised to replace.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the inspection cover O-Ring is an simple task that took 0.2 of an hour to complete. Common sense is all that is required to secure the O-Ring to the tappet inspection cover.Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products SP Takegawa sell to be on par when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the inspection cover O-Ring no different.About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the inspection cover O-Ring, I chose EMS for an earlier arrive date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs. From service parts to performance products and even motorcycle gear and apparel, Webike always seem to satisfy my needs in regards to availability and pricing.
About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) which is a synthetic rubber resistant to fuel and oil. About the feeling of use, This o-ring is preformed so easily fits the 4 valve inspection cover which is handly as it could be difficult to fit due to the covers unusual shape. Products to buy together, To lessen the likelihood of damaging the covers sealing surface if using incorrect tooling if would be ideal to add a set of o-ring picks to your cart. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of this inspection cover o-ring was very easy due to the simple nature of the install and easy access to the cover and its four bolts. Having the o-ring shaped specially for this cover is a massive help too. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is great. You receive a o-ring made from a quality material that is durable for it's environment and similar to other special o-rings like this. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 24 hours of the product being in stock and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. The order arrived within the estimated date range and was extremely well packaged. I found the link supplied to track my order very useful while I was waiting for the order to land in the country. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, I have no concerns or cautions when purchasing from Webike. I cannot recommend Webike enough for the majority of your biking needs. They not only sell aftermarket parts and bike gear but also OEM parts for your repairs and servicing needs. View Detail
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the inspection cover O-ring from SP Takegawa. Made from a soft flexible rubber to help create a good seal, this is a single O-Ring for the tappet cover. About the feeling of use: The O-ring is shaped perfectly and fits easily into the tappet cover and once torqued down have zero oil leaks. Products to buy together: A tappet adjustment wrench would also be desirable to purchase along side the inspection cover O-ring as these covers are removed regularly for valve clearance checks and adjustments on the 4-valve head. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 5 minutes, undo the allen key fasteners for the tappet cover and use an O-ring pick tool to remove the old O-rings so to not damage the cover. Lubricate the new O-ring with engine oil, fit to the cover and torque down the allen key fasteners to 6 Nm. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality O-ring that is specifically designed and shaped for the SP Takegawa 4-valve head that is not available for any other source. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: If you wish to refresh all the inspection cover O-Rings on your SP Takegawa 4-valve head then you can purchase the set of 3 O-Rings instead of purchasing them all individually.View Detail

About quality and texture - The rear rack from Honda is made from pieces of flat bar and steel tube with precision bents that are TIG welded together and plated with a chrome surface finish, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect.About the feeling of use - I feel having a factory Honda rear rack on the Monkey 125 is the best choice for aesthetics but when it comes to practicality this is not the case due to it's small cargo bed dimensions but really it'd all about the look for me.Products to buy together - A key product to buy together with the rear rack for me was a fender eliminator as I wanted to add as much of the original Monkey Z50 styling back to the Monkey 125 and that started with removing unwanted black plastic parts.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the rear rack is a simple task that took 0.5 of an hour to complete. Some slight mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is all that is required to secure the rear rack to the frame.Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Honda sell to be very reasonable when compared to what some of the other companies sell their products for and their rear rack is no different.About shipping and packaging - With there being a no significant cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the rear rack, I chose sea EMS for an earlier arrival date as I was in no particular rush to install the product. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - For my location, when purchasing a special factory Honda product like this, it is best to do so from Webike Japan. There are a few local stores selling parts for the Monkey 125 but the product is not available.View Detail
About quality and texture - The clutch outer from Honda is made from aluminium casting and steel machining that are secured together, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect.About the feeling of use - I was having issues easily finding neutral and replacing this part solved the problem. The cause was the grooves that wear into the aluminium between the fingers where the clutch disks lay.Products to buy together - A key product to buy together with the clutch outer for me was new clutch disks, there are many options available but I thought the reinforced 6 clutch disk kit Kitaco sell was ideal for my engine setup and it has also replaced other worn aluminium parts in the clutch mechanism.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the clutch outer is a advanced task that took 1.5 hours to complete. Mechanical aptitude, the use of special tools and the knowledge of disassembling the engine is required to secure the clutch outer to the transmission main shaft.Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Honda sell to be very reasonable when compared to what some of the other companies sell their products for but this is not the case with the clutch outer as the pricing seems excessive.About shipping and packaging - With there being a significant cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the clutch outer, I chose sea freight to save some money as the part was not required immediately. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs.
