This was a purchase as some spares and a replacement for the cotta pin on the rear master cylinder of the YZF-R1 2020. The pin that was already on the bike had snapped off one tang and was not particularly safe for anyone so a new one was on order. Finding the right cotta pin was not hard as this fit a heck of a lot of models from old to new for almost the same task. I used Yamaha schematics to make sure I had the right one for this bike anyway. The price was really good value but it is only a cotta pin so they are generally not expensive anyway. I had some other parts in this order for various bikes so I got them all shipped together using EMS as my chosen courier. My order arrived very well packaged and in 5 days from being shipped. The small parts like this, came in a bubble wrap envelope that Webike warehouse supplied. This meant all the small parts could not get lost or damaged during transit. The cotta pin itself came in the standard Yamaha packet and the quality is very good. This does serve a purpose and is a one use item but it does initially need to work. The material is strong but does have a little natural flex. Using the correct tools for the job is also essential even though you just have to bend both tangs over. A customer came in after a brake line change and needed some new union bolts as the previous ones were reused. I never like reusing union bolts and so I ordered a couple. One for the job in hand and one as a spare. Finding the right union bolt was simple enough by using Yamaha schematics for this model of bike, these union bolts do however fit a lot of other models too so they are readily available. The price from Webike was really good and less than could be sourced locally, I was already placing an order so these would also be added to that to keep the shipping costs down. EMS are my chosen courier these days as they just get the orders delivered fast. This order also arrived in the same time as pretty much all my other EMS orders, 5 days from being shipped and the order was at my door. The union bolts arrived in the standard Yamaha packets and are very well made. The threaded section is perfect and super smooth, the drilled hole is slick and of the correct diameter and the entire bolts are exactly what is needed. Fitting these bolts themselves are not hard but rebleeding the brakes can be tedious to say the least. An hour or so later and the entire job was completed.
