One of my customers is going to out this bike on the track so I went to work on the braking system. One of the first things I wanted to change was the annoying stock master cylinder. Obviously, Brembo was the way to go. I decided on this one as it fitted with the specs of the bike in mind. Finding the correct master cylinder was not hard but there were a few choices but I went for this one, the 17RCS Corsa Corta in the end. It had all the requirements I needed so it went in my basket. I had a few other parts and the shipping was reasonable for what I had. EMS got my order to me in 5 days. The master cylinder came with the standard stock lever length which was perfect for my needs. It is the 18 x 20 one so works good with teh floating calipers on the bike anyway. It came in the Brembo box and also came with a few copper washers. I had already sourced the HEL line that would make this all work. The master cylinder is a real piece of kit and fitted really well with the bike and the instrument cluster I was leaving in situ. Not a hard job once you have all the parts together. This master cylinder is awesome and so much better than the stock one. Oh and by the way, looks the nuts. There are just so many adjustments that you can definitely find the right setting for your liking. I do like the 18 ratio and H pivot setting. Very pleased with this part. The same diameter 4pot × 2, so I chose 17RCS recommended by the manufacturer.
About installation Since OEM is also OEM brembo, I was able to use the brake switch, oil tank, and Banjo bolt as is. The hose of the oil tank needed to be replaced because of the change in the handling.

Bought this, along with the clutch master cylinder as an upgrade on the stock items. Simple to fit and easy to bleed due to the top mounted bleed nipple. Great price from Webike, as cheap as some breakers are asking for second hand parts.If you want to upgrade your braking system you could do far worse than a RSC master cylinder.Recomended. This is the left side grip which was a necessary part for a bike. I have started rebuilding this CB1100 2014 which requires a lot of genuine Honda parts. I could buy random after market parts but sometimes, you just have to get the genuine ones. I decided on this OEM one as it is with fitting the era of the age of bike I am doing. The part number was not hard to find and also cross referencing with Honda schematics was even easier. Added to my order with a few other parts as well as the right hand side grip. Using EMS all my order was shipped and delivered in 5 days solid. The package was well padded and no damage to any of the parts I ordered. This left hand grip is beautiful. I know it's just a grip but the look on it's own is great and of course the quality is effect as always from Honda. The OEM was definitely the best choice for this bike. The rubberised grip is super sticky and tactile to touch. Fits easily on the 22mm handlebars for the rebuild. There is a ton of flexibility but even with that, it fits spot on. These were other part that was for a CBR900RR I got in from a customer. This time it is the front brake pads for the bike as the old ones were well beyond their usage. I did change the rear pads on this service too as they were not the best shape. Usually on these bigger bikes, the front need changing twice as often as the rear anyway but the rear was not changed last service, so it was time. Finding the right ones was easy but checking on EBC's own website pulled up the right ones. Luckily, they had a set in their warehouse and so added to my order. EMS shipped my order and all arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from being shipped. Everything was well padded out in the box so there was no damage. These pads are EBC so I know these are cracking pads for this bike. Plus, the pads do last quite a while, probably longer than these should have as the customer clearly prefers the front brake to the rear. The pad material is even and looks pretty tasty for this big bike. Perhaps not as smoothly sintered as I have previously had but they do have some heavy compound in them. I had a small scratch on one of my decals so decided it was about time to get that changed for my bike to look new again. Finding the correct graphic was not particularly hard using the Yamaha Parts Catalogue. The shipping was good due to the fact I already had other items in my order. From ordering to being delivered was 8 days including a weekend and Webike waiting for the stock to arrive at their warehouse so not bad at all. Upon delivery all the items were very well packaged. I was a little worried that with this decal being flat that there may be issues with it being folded. Nope, this was not the case. It was nestled neatly in the bottom of the box, surrounded by padding. The decal itself looks awesome on and the quality was second to none. This is the final part for the MT07 cylinder and piston rebuild due to piston ring failure and some help for the owner of the bike. This part was the head cover 1 gasket. The original gasket was in good shape but still, why reuse when Webike sell the new ones for not much outlay. There is no real point in changing just one part when you essentially need the whole kit to do the job right. The part was not hard to find and I used the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. All my parts were shipped together via EMS and arrived with me in perfect condition in 5 days solid. This gasket along with the other cylinder head gasket was kept nice and flat and came on the regular Yamaha cardboard. Webike also wrapped this up well to protect from bends or damage. Perfect as always. The quality is exceptional as I would expect from Yamaha. The tolerance is spot on and no need to worry going forward. Now all the parts are here and in place I can start the big job of the rebuild and finally get this little bike back where it belongs, the open road. This bike, the ZX-6R, a new clutch cable was needed as the existing one was starting to fray. No point in waiting for it to actually snap so this needed replacing fast. After checking on Webike website, I found them to have an absolutely fantastic price, well less than half what they are in the UK from genuine Kawasaki parts dealer. Unfortunately though, the Kawasaki dealer in the UK could not give an estimate of when they would be able to get the parts needed. Not an issue with Webike. As these were part of a larger order with other ZX-6R parts, the shipping was brilliant, not expensive and not too cheap, express delivery is what I went for. From ordering all the different parts in the order to being delivered to my door was literally just 5 days. Including a weekend and the wait time for Webike to source the parts from the different manufacturers. How good is that. Upon receipt, the box was perfect and as Webike package all these very well indeed, nothing was damaged. There was also another layer of padding on top. What more can you ask for. The cable came in it's own Kawasaki packet and was in perfect condition when it arrived. The lug was secure, the cable nicely lubricated so slide through the guide outer easily. Fitting is not difficult on an road bike as not really much gets in the way. Now the clutch feels a whole lot better. Happy days.
