My 3rd Sunstar sprocket. Stock 525 chain has 15 42 tooth gearing. Not happy with power delivery so tried 520 chain with15 43. Still needed a bit more in 3rd, so I installed 15 44. Now where talking. That is the stock gearing on its Z900 brother. I also installed the Z900 complete motor into my Z900RS with high compression heag gasket. With 130bhp and 44 tooth rear sprocket It is an absolutely wicked retro now :)View Detail
Nice quality, very sturdy and well made bracket.Ran into a couple of issues installing.# I had to pack the front bolt mount out 2mm each side to make it bolt in flush to the frame.# The brake hoses do come close to the bracket when the forks are bottomed out. I added a 4mm spacer between the yss damper rose end and the fork bracket to give brake lines more room.# I also chamfered the inside, bottom edge of the fork bracket to avoid it cutting into my new braided lines.# While the fork bracket does clear the radiator I placed it further out to give the braided brake lines more room and also had to add a 3mm spacer to the bottom triple steering lock stop.I think it would bolt straight up to a standard bike but mine has Brembo M4 calipers with braided lines and the front has beed lowered 10mm.View Detail
Fits: KAWASAKI Z900RS CAFE 21-22 (Cafe ZR900E) *Brembo specification
Nice quality. I had to get new brakelines due to Brembo M4 calipers installation. I also have the YSS under triple steering damper mounted. The swageline front left brake hose rubbed against the fork steeriing damper bracket. I had to make up a 35mm extension bracket with a 45 deg bend for the hose to clear.Make sure you have a 10mm pipe/flare spanner to undo the oem hose fittings as they are very tight. They removed the soft feeling at the lever. Nice.View Detail

Nice quality. Can still see some machining but I like that look. Goes well with the over racing rear shock link plate. Couldn't use the over racing top plate mounts with the Aella crash knob bracket without modifying. Aella bottom engine mount bracket needed a 4mm spacer in-between engine hanger before being placed into position. Cooler look and cooler engine.View Detail

Wanted it for a bit of trackday work. Makes the bike unrideable. Resonates left an right. The faster you go the more movement you get.If you like your screen moving an inch left to right in increasing frequency, which causes your helmet to do the same thing than this screen is for you. 2mm is to thin.Ok below 100kmh.View Detail
