It was the time to change out the chain and sprockets for a friends Husqvarna TE300. We decided to would go for a VX3 standard chain this time as previously, they had gone with the gold. This chain came up as a sale item and the 114 link was already in stock.I found the correct chain and length by simply checking DID website and inputting the model and year and that was pretty much it. We also got the rear 50 tooth sprocket from Webike but unfortunately, they did not stock the front 14 tooth sprocket we needed so I had to source that locally. No big deal.No need to go on Husqvarn parts catalogue at all. Although this is a heavy item, the shipping was pretty good. I did have other parts in my order and this meant, the shipping costs are spread over a lot of parts and not just one or two. Webike are one of only a couple of my go to companies for motorcycle parts that take a good amount of care in packaging the orders you place. Even though there were some strange and light parts in my order along with some heavier ones, they packed out the box with additional packing to stop much movement in transit, a simple thing but as I said, not many do this. They also seal the outer box so nothing can get in or out during transit. All arrived in perfect condition and even some of the gaskets which were also in this order, you kind of expect to take a hit, was 100% perfect and so was the chain. I had a quick look at the chain upon arrival and I was very pleased to find no problems and the joint was also in the packet. The stainless steel colouring is super nice, it just seems right. Top quality. Why go with anyone else than DID when these guys know exactly what they are doing with chains. The chain needed no other alterations due to the correct number of links being available at ordering. All fitted including the front and rear sprockets in less than an hour. I decided I would go for a 420D as it is a great chain and pretty cheap, I have gone with either the chrome or silver finish previously but thought I would give this one a try. This came up as a sale item and although the 134 link was out of stock, the 140 links was in stock and just an extra few £s so went for that. Cutting off 6 links is not a problem if you have the right tools. I found the correct chain and length by simply checking the bike's user manual and that was pretty much it. No need to go on Yamaha parts catalogue as some things, you should just know about the bikes in your household you maintain. Although this is a fairly heavy item, the shipping was pretty good and along with a couple of other small and light parts this worked out really well. I opted for EMS as they were a bit cheaper than Fedex Express and EMS get the orders to you faster than Fedex anyway. This chain as I said, was already in stock so arrived within like 5 days of ordering. Come on, 5 days from placing the order to arriving at my door in the UK. Brilliant. All the parts in the order were well packed and as I also had a couple of small parts in the order, Webike securely wrapped them individually so even if the chain moved in transit, the smaller parts would not come to harm. I had a quick look at the chain upon arrival and I was speechless. The finish is flawless, it just feels like quality as do all DID chains. Even the samller chains like this are just second to none for quality. The links were nicely greased and the rollers were super smooth. Why go with anyone else than DID when these guys know exactly what they are doing with chains. The chain obviously needed to lose a couple of links so it would fit the bike, pretty easy job if you have the correct tools. All fitted including the front and rear sprockets in less than an hour. This chain looks amazing. One very happy youngster with new chain and sprockets for the summer season. Having owned a lot of bikes in my time, sometimes upgraded brake pads are needed as I do take the bikes to the track and standard pads don't really cut it. Because of this fact I have also tried a lot of different branded brake pads. For the last few years I have been using Brembo on all my bikes that will at some point be going on the track and I also recommend these to others with the same idea. You just know what you are getting with Brembo. This set are for Honda CBR1000RR. Really easy to find which pads you need for your bike. Just go to Brembo and input your bike details. Great price and a little better than I can get from here in the UK. As I always order multiple items per order the shipping was really good value. I used EMS fast service and the order was delivered to my door within a week.all items in the order were packaged really well and any spaces in the outer box was filled out with extra padding. The pads came in their own packet which was sealed. The pads are just awesome. These will make you stop far better than some other brands in the same price range. This one is the crank case gasket on the generator side as when I was checking out the bike, this seemed to be delaminating. Small bits were clearly perished. The part number was found using the methods I generally use, either the help pages that Webike supply or direct to the manufacturer websites etc. I found the price of these was really good and better than I could source locally here in the UK, just like the other gaskets.As this was part of a larger order with many other parts, the shipping worked out to be briliiant. Everything was very well packed and arrived via EMS within a week of ordering. Any empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap. Most of the parts were packed in the genuine Kawasaki packaging anyway. Webike even taped the outer box to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. The parts all arrived in perfect condition. The gasket was kept nice and flat and did not suffer any bends or mishapen in any way. This is an essential gasket so I had to take a little care in fitting it. Didn't take too long and everything was back together and ready for firing up. Very happy with the result. A good friend of mine has just purchased a Ducati Panigale V4 and wanted something a little easier on the eyes as a race screen. The Puig brand has a great number of awesome reviews on everything from the fitment to the durability and looks. Easy choice to make really. Finding the part was pretty easy using the tools Webike provide. with a few other parts, this was all shipped with EMS and arrived in 5 days straight. The screen arrived in perfect condition as it came in it's own box really, No damage or problems at all. The screen is a lovely finish, all the edges were nice and smooth and the screen is blemish free and crystal clear. The mounting holes are super clean and line up perfectly. Not got a bad word to say about these screens, they work great and look the nuts. The screen really is a thing of beauty, the shape goes really well with the curves already on the bike. Everyone needs sprockets at some point. Yes, you can go down the aluminium route if you are desparate to save weight but in my view, if you are just commuting and the occasional spirited ride out, you can just stick to steel ones. This was the case, JT Sprockets are always a go to for me when standard sprockets are needed. They are sturdy, cheap enough and last a heck of a lot longer than aluminium ones for sure. Finding the correct one was really easy as I already cross referenced with JT Sprocket website and then entered the part number on Webike. With a few other parts, all was shipped with EMS and arrived with me in 5 days. Not really much I can say bad about JT Sprockets in general, they just do what they are intended to do. New project right now and this is in need of a few parts. One of the main ones is this crank case cover as it shows signs of damage, age related not accident damaged. The part was easy to find using the help section of Webike. This is a pretty hard part to find in the UK but Webike could get one no problem.With a few other parts, all shipped by EMS and delivered in 5 days. Everything was well packaged and surrounded with bubble wrap for security. When I opened the box I was very surprised just how clean and neat the case was, no nasty sharp edges but crisp and free from contaminants. I already had a gasket to fit this so no worries there. All the surface was finished very well in a nice satin grey almost silver colour. Works well with what the bike looks like. All fitted with no issues.
