Ok so it's just an oil filter. An oil filter that gets changed through out the bikes life. SO why bother buying really cheap aftermarket ones or the really expensive one when you know the genuine will work perfectly and give a great life span.The filter was easy to find, it also fits quite a few different models so is readily available. The price was really good, and still better than could source locally for the same Honda part.As I always have more than one part in each order, the cost of shipping is really good. I generally use Fedex Express as it gets to me very quickly and the tracking is full, I mean FULL as in every step of the journey.I know exactly when the order will be delivered and apart from once, the delivery has always been on time.Every part in the order was well packaged as expected and the outer box was sealed on all sides so none of my smaller parts could escape.There is not really much to say about the finish of this oil filter as there is not really much you can see, The paint on the outer is really good and no runs or blemishes on it at all. The filter threaded on really easily and obviously, with any oil filter change, a small amount of oil on the end just to help seal.Fitted in no time at all and filled the oil in the engine. At this price no excuse for chasing questionable aftermarket filters.. A little more expensive but worth the peace of mind.OEM and works as it exactly as it should. As others have said, a reliable OEM Product. We purchased this for our GOLD WINGF6B and 1998 VALKYRIE!
Aside from the F6B, the VALKYRIE, which has been driven for 24 years, now has about 100,000 km. I have replaced Oil+Element more times than I can count, and during that time I have only used HondaOEM Product. I have since purchased a new car. I have used various products from other companies during that time. It has never broken or gone bad because of it. Frankly, I would feel more comfortable with OEM Product! I just think It is not expected that the difference in performance between OEM Product and Other Brand Product can be experienced. Some observers have disassembled the inside and compared the differences in performance on youtube.com. I've seen the video, and I've seen some convincing results. Ichi-User does not provide a sense of the experience. This is not an argument for recommending Other Brand Products as a result. These are my impressions of the product Maybe we should be more concerned about how to install the Filter rather than the product! Apply oil to the oRing thoroughly, clean the mounting surface, and so on. I hear you're protecting the Torque tightening.View Detail
