I'm gonna rebuild my swingarm with fresh OEM parts.I got all the parts from webike shop. So I continues MY TDUB'S swingarm rebuild project. So I installed all the Outer bushing, two inner bushing and two oil seals into the swingarm.this OEM bushing collar goes into the left side of the swingarm.Inside diameter 12mm, outside diameter 17.5mm and the total length is.92mm.Once Installed this High Quality OEM Bushing into the bike I can Guaranteed doesn't want to touch the swingarm,it will goes long way. I hope It's a once in a life time project.Apply thin layer of GREASE THIS BUSHING COLLAR Before Installed .We all know that the Yamaha TW200 is not like most other motorcycles. TDUBS are SPECIAL! Floating on a set of simple bushings is how TW200 swingarm does its job. These bushings call for lithium grease to added at specified intervals as noted above. The TDUB was designed to be very simple and reliable and solid-mount bushing are just that. With that said, are you trying to extract every ounce of longevity and “performance” from your TW200? It is best to lubricate the bushing often as the lithium grease is your “ball bearings!”.should be applying lithium soap-based grease around every 4,000-4500 kilometers. as usual package received in a good condition and very well packed. Thanks For The High Quality Packaging.Product prices are very low.WEBIKE shipping chargers are very low too according to the other online shops. So I always choose webike. Great shopping experience at webike.5star shop.Thank You WEBIKE.cheers!

This oem oil seal sealed the tw200 swingarm that goes under the nylon inner bushing on both side.If anyone want to rebuild the tdub swingarm needed two oil seals. The Yamaha TW200’s swingarm is not floating on sealed precision bearings like most other motorcycles. We all know that the Yamaha TW200 is not like most other motorcycles. Our TDUBS are SPECIAL.According to the factory Yamaha TW200 Owners Manual, should be applying lithium soap-based grease around every 4,000-kilometers.THESE OEM OIL SEALS ARE AWESOME BECAUSE OF THE LONGEVETY.Once Installed the new seals in will goes a long way. With that said, are you trying to extract every ounce of longevity and “performance” from your TW200? It is best to lubricate the bushing often using quality lithium grease. The best time to install this new oil seals in ,should be a part of your regular maintenance interval ..I replaced it when I rebuild my bike's swingarm to the factory brand new conditions.after I installed the new inner and outer bushing into the swingarm ,the inner bushing need to push little more further into the swingarm because that little space goes to this NEW OEM OIL SEALS IN.All you need is ,just a finger press fit .This new oil seals perfectly placed right in.I'm so satisfied with quality of this product and the I'm so satisfied with the price.I really love shopping at webike. their prices way cheaper than the other online stores. The package received in a good condition and nicely packed. Thanks For The High Quality Packaging.Nice Online Shopping Experience.Highly Recommended.Thank You So Much WEBIKE. 5Star Shop View Detail
When the swingarm bushing need replacing in any bike you'll know by the loose or unstable feeling of movement, or what is also known as chatter, in the rear wheel of the bike. Therefore, if you feel this chatter, pop your bike on a stand and check the swingarm for looseness or play after removing the rear wheel.check the up and down movement and ensure that it goes up and down smoothly. If there is roughness, tightness or binding, grease the swingarm pivot with good quality waterproof grease.Grasp the swingarm on each side and try to move it back and forth at the pivot while you watch for noticeable slop in any of those areas..My tdub200 swingarm specification side play should be 1mm.If the swingarm pivot play is over the specified limit, will need to replace the bushing.According to my tdub odometer reading,it's almost 72000km.I checked my swingarm bushing condition time to time & couldn't find any wear at all.OEM factory bushing are awesome because it goes a long way.WEBIKE sent me all the parts That I needed to rebuid my swingarm to Factory Condition again.A thorough job at proper maintenance to the swingarm bushing means removing the swingarm. You're right - it's not a fun job. Before removed the swingarm from the bike place a jack under the engine to elevate the motorcycle.then remove the rear wheel ,remove the cotter pin and washer at the lower shock mount.remove the lower pin and allow the swingarm to lower the ground.Loosen the swingarm pivot nut with a 19mm socket wrench.pull the swingarm axle out from the right side. then I can freely remove the swingarm completly. After removing the swingarm guard Now I can remove the dust seal from both side of the swingarm, remove the bushing collar from each side.bushing collar are two different sizes and cannot be interchanged.remove both oil seal under the nylon bushing.oh yeah now it's time to drive these old nylon bushing out of the swingarm.Basically to knock these old nylon outer bushing out I used long steel drift put that into the swingarm until it catch the inside edge of it and tap it until come loose.removed the both outer bushing and inner bushing.after that cleaned the swingarm completly before installation process began..Put a thin layer of waterproof grease on both new inner nylon bushing and place a bushing one at a time .install this inner bushing little bit tricky because there should be a liitle space that the oil seals are sealed in.Install this brand new bushing into the swingarm is very easy.I used 9in C-clamps because C-clamps is way better will pressed inner bushing into the swingarm very well.pressed until the inner bushing are seated. Now comes the tricky part. this inner bushing need to pressed that little further to installed the oil seals in. To do that ,I used 17mm socket same OD as inner bushing then place that socket next to the inner bushing I installed and pressed the C-clamps just a little bit further on both side.So I can able to install the oil seals later on .Perfectly done it.This is how I done the job. Very easy process but take some times .In the end well worth the wait.Thank You So Much FOR THE SUPPORT WEBIKE.WITHOUT A SUPPORT I coudn't make it.as usual package received in a good condition & very nicely packed . I really love shopping at webike. their prices way cheaper than the other online stores..I had nice online shopping experience at webike shop. Very Nice Shop. I highly recommended. Needed some new parts for my bike and to change a few nuts and bolts so purchased along with other parts for winter projects on my bikes.Yes, it's just a nut but why take the chance on messing up your existing genuine Yamaha parts with mediocre at best aftermarket cheap alternatives.Searching was easy for this part, the price was very good indeed. As I had other parts in the order, the shipping was brilliant. Delivery took just a week so very good also.Upon receipt, the parts were all in great condition and very well packed. Some of the parts were small and had to dig around the package to find them but as Webike seal all sides of the outer box, nothing can escape. This makes me happy. Not fittted yet but you just know that the part is going to be super slick, the threads are all going to be extremely well machined as is pretty much all parts from Yamaha. All in all, very happy with the purchases. Thank you Webike, great all aroundView Detail
I really like this spoke set .This Dachi spoke set shiner and lighter .Absolutely Fantasic. The spokes on the right side and the spokes on the left side are sorted separately .so it is easier to lace the spokes on the rear wheel.Does include little instruction paper. It's says grease all the spokes threads before installation. After I removed all the old spokes from the rear wheel ,cleaned and painted with zinc spray then finished after 2k clear spray coated. lacing spokes on a rear wheel is so much fun .took 1hour to get the job done.I used Dachi stainless steel nipples instead of chromate plated nipple that comes with the spoke set..TW200 rear wheel need 32 nipples.I only had 30 dachi stainless steel nipples so I used two chromate plated nipples when I lacing a wheel.Time has come to true a rear wheel. I didn't have a truing stand so I decided to true rear wheel on a bike. Wheel truing is one of those tasks that is daunting to a lot of people – often viewed as some sort of dark art only to be mastered by beardy bike wizards that have spent years and years learning the craft. Thankfully, this isn’t actually the case, and anybody that can turn a wrench on their own bike can true a wheel.I watched lots of youtube ( how to true a motorbike wheel ) videos before started.SO I started my self.Truing wheels is something that a lot of people find difficult, or at least they imagine to be difficult. It’s easy to spin a wheel and see if it has a wobble in it, and this is one of the quickest ways to check your wheel health..Check side to side and up and down movement When spin the wheel, it can be pretty obvious when it’s moving side to side. After get the job done, Now I only need to tighten the spokes nipples. To order to do that I start at the valve and start tightening the spokes.Since the wheel is true, it is extremely important to tighten all spokes evenly! Start with full turn each.tighten the first spoke next to the valve then skip three spokes then tighten 4th spoke and tighten all the wayaround.I kept tighten all the spokes this pattern, it would allow the tension on both sides of the rim within the same revolution of the wheel.then check the tension on all spokes by “listening to them. You can do this by tapping them with, for instance, a screwdriver. A tight spoke will make a nice “PING” sound, loose spokes will sound flat. The higher the ping sounds, the tighter the spoke. Tighten all spokes equally until all spokes will have a nice ping sound. So I Successfully Completed. took me an hour a true a rear wheel.I can do it anybody should be able to do this.DIY or Pay Someone Smarter. As usual The Package Arrive On Time. Thanks WEBIKE for the High Quality Packaging.I'm very satisfied with their service.WEBIKE SHOP I Highly Recommended.5Stars.Thank You So MuchView Detail

I purchased this 30mm Zeta Bar Riser Kit for my TW200.Zeta Product Quality is awesome & fit perfectly.when Installing this 30mm riser kit no need to rerout or extended the throttle cable ,brake cable and clutch cable.that is good.I have been riding my bike after installed this riser kit since two weeks.. Advantages of a riser bar kit is lifting my hands to higher position. This takes some weight off my hands in my relaxed/neutral riding position and, combined with the higher position makes it easier to lift the front wheel to get over obstacles. The Higher handle bar means you sit up more and your weight shifts backwards. When Tighten the handle bar bolts first tightened the upper bolts first then the lower bolts.According to the yahama service manual need to tightened the handle bar four bolts to 14ft-lb.My total handle bar height is 125mmThe package arrived very quickly after dispatch from japan. This time I had to pay the customs fees to the Sri Lankan Customs before got my package.Very nicely packed and secure the content with bubble wrap bag. Thanks webike for the High Quality Packaging.I'm very satisfied with the webike service (5Stars).The Great Online shop. The Prices are so cheap and the shipping cost is very low according to the other online shops on the web .WEBIKE SHOP I highly recommended.Cheers!!View Detail

Good quality wiring terminals.Great value, works great I am very impressive with the quality of this connector for the price.I'm so glad to have a handy coupler terminal set .came with a mini transparent box.In most cases these terminals are very difficult to buy and find locally. So I think this is a set of terminals that every rider should have and need.I bought a horn for my TDub from the webike shop. When installing it, the two main wires connecting to the horn were short, so I had to extend those two wires by about 15 cm.At that time, two 6.3mm terminals of this type were needed, luckily I had two 250 type terminals, so I was able to complete the work successfully but coudn't find these type of terminals at local market.Having coupler terminals like this in a small box can be used in unexpected emergencies. If you want to crimp the terminals similar to the electrical work done by the OEM factory, Buy these quality terminal set .Don't forget to use proper open barrel crimp tool. With a nice quality terminal like this will get a nice finish crimp work.As always package received within a week after dispatch from Japan.Thank You Webike for the High Quality Packaging and The Service.Webike ...One of the The Best Online Shop Ever. Highly Recommended. Cheers !View Detail
