PIAA Fog Lamp Kit for MT09
Purchased the PIAA Fog Lamp Kit for my MT09. The foglamp was done up in a very high and good quality. Installation was fairly easy as it is plug and play to the motorcycle. The instruction manual was very helpful in facilitating with the installation. Tested the lights at night and was happy with the output of the foglight. Will be using this foglight for my long trip up north in the night time.

Doesn't meet expectations for priceThe LP530 seems to be well made and looks to be very durable. Looks very slick but not really happy with the light output though. It should be much brighter according to the advertisement. It's brightness is hardly noticeable. Lights are well built and look very nice, they give a good wide pattern but are not bright at all. They are a more for show light than a serious fog light. I have had PIAA for years and all of their other lights are great. Way overpriced for this model. View Detail

Mounted on Tenere 700The design and fitment of the Tenere 700 OEM Product is Exactly as you would expect from an OEM product. For installation, you just need to buy the OEM bracket and mount it on the bottom of the headlight, then remove the cowl and connect the wiring to the coupler. It is a pity that the WiringHarness is a Universal Product and the Switch is a spec. that attaches to the Handlebar with a Bracket. it is not the fault of PIAA FogLight but the problem of Motorcycle. It is not the fault of PIAA FogLight but the problem of Motorcycle. As for the durability, I think there is no problem, but I don't evaluate it because I use it less than a year, and the headlight of Tenere700 is good because I can illuminate the dark part of the front just because the low beam is too far. It's my fault for not checking, but I found out how to adjust the angle of the headlight after installation, but I'm glad I did. Recently, there are a lot of accidents between motorcycles and cars, so I wonder if I can appeal my existence by lighting up not only at night but also during the day?View Detail

Recommendation for MOTARD's Number Plate conversion!I used it on my WR250X which I also use for road race. It's so much brighter than Fog light!
The light distribution is not the same as with fog, as it does not illuminate a wide area in the foreground, but rather a straight line and long distance. I think it's a great alternative to a headlight.

Because it was inconvenient with one light purchase as Low beam.
Small light with sharp light and 35w light quantity personally enough.
However, because the irradiation range is narrow due to the Spot light distribution, people who are concerned may want to consider introducing Sub lamp.
Also, since there is a slightly weak feeling in vibration, if you are worried, put a Rubber board between Bracket etc etc etc. Measures may be better.
Also, for RepairValve is H3 Gold and Glass spherical form is T10 mono (PIAAOEM or Stanley electric etc etc etc. ) Can only be used.
In H3 Bulb Standard is T11. 5 to T 12 format (Small Yarn Mfg. Co. etc etc etc. ) Is not included, so be careful.View Detail

Bright but high power consumption.Originally I was looking for an LED bulb with low power consumption, but I purchased it by mistake.
It is due to my confirmation mistake, but search within Shop "LEDFog Lamp" It was also attributed to being displayed in.
Lamps have a well-established Brand and the light intensity is also sufficient with the Small Type, but the power consumption per unit is 35 w, which consumes considerably.
By the way OEM Front forkBracket sold from PIAA at Quantity : Pair (for Left and Right) It is attached to.
Of course it's bright if you use a total of 70 W, but as of now I have few opportunities to use.
Recommendation for those who are looking for something with luminosity in Small Type, but I will not recommend to people who are assuming to use everyday in commuting or schooling.
