The fender clears the stock Battlax tire on the new SR400 by a couple of centimeters. The width of the fender at the mounting holes is a little narrow though. But since it is fiberglass, it had enough flex/give to allow me to mount it to the forks. I'm not
The fender clears the stock Battlax tire on the new SR400 by a couple of centimeters. The width of the fender at the mounting holes is a little narrow though. But since it is fiberglass, it had enough flex/give to allow me to mount it to the forks. I'm not sure if I'm stressing the fiberglass and whether that will reduce the lifespan of the fender. I hope it doesn't crack!

If you are replacing the fender without removing the wheel, it gonna take some time since the bolts are installed on the inner side of the forks. Use the smallest wrench and it can barely turn the bolts bit by bit. The look and the build of the fender is quite nice. But the fender are cut from the composite after the paint work. therefore you can see the cut mark on the edge of the fender. It is no big deal if you gonna repaint it with color match your bike. But if you have a black edition W800, be prepare to sand off some of the sharp edge and repaint before installation. View Detail
I replaced the OEM heavy Fender with this one to kill time on the Corona. At first I was going to use a NORMAL iron fender with a sander, but I thought that the iron fender might have played a part in the rigidity of the front suspension of the motorcycle, so I bought this FRPMaterial. This is a necessary product if your aftermarket muffler does not have a bracket to stop the center stand from hitting the frame or exhaust. However, this model does not fit the 2015 SR400 perfectly. the steel plate is too wide which does not allow the rubber stopper to point perfectly perpendicular to the ground (which is what it's supposed to do). It works nonetheless, just not the way it was intended to be installed. View Detail
Fits the new SR400 pretty well, especially with the factory seat. Comes with complete installation hardware. With a shorter saddle, the length of the fender "eliminator" is a little on the longer side though, so the back sticks out farther than I would like. The bulb is much dimmer than the oem bulb and the tail light is a lot smaller too. Keep in mind it will reduce your visibility to other drivers behind you. Lastly, the mounting holes for the license plate are spaced for Japanese plates. You will have to drill new holes on your plates if you live in the US (at least in California).View Detail
I like the minimalist design of this chain guard. It matches the look of their front fender. However, the position of the guard is just a little off centered. it doesn't sit directly centered over the chain, so it doesn't completely protect you or the bike from chain grease spray!View Detail
