[How is it used?
D Used by TrackerFront.
Applications:Motard race, FlatDirt, Touring
I bought Repeat three times in eight years.
The brake disc rotor is a D-TRACKER-X large diameter one, and the caliper is OEM.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Just like the image. The base material, Gold, was not too assertive, but rather Large.
Was the installation difficult?
The installation is not that difficult, and if you have enough time, it is very durable.
However, if the piston is sticking or is reluctant to move, it will take a bit of work.
When removing the pad pin or caliper mounting bolt, it is recommended that you use a good precision tool from a proper tool manufacturer if possible.
When you remove the Pad, you can push the entire Pad when you push the Piston back. (Skinning) This can be done easily by using
How was your experience with it?
The performance was more than enough for my level. It decelerated as much as I gripped it firmly, and I didn't have any fading in the race. Other people have used this product in the production car class, but it is more expensive than this product. (One that is considered to have good performance) However, this product was able to decelerate as well as the Disc Rotor, and the life was long.
When I applied hard brakes, there was a lot of zinging sound. It didn't change that much when I removed the surface and applied pad grease, so I just assumed that was the characteristic.
When I wanted to apply a light front brake in DirtSection, this product was able to decelerate delicately, which was a large variable help.
There is no temperature dependence when using it on public roads, and I think it is good that it works well right from the start.

To reduce the squeal, chamfer the short side of the pad with an ironworking file.
Apply a thin layer of brake pad grease to the surfaces of the caliper and piston. (Base material) If you apply it on the whole side, Dust will not adhere well.
If the surface of the pad pin is covered with rust or dirt, I use about #400 water-resistance paper and inexpensive lubricant such as Kure 556, etc., and clean it with oil. Then apply a thin layer of pad grease and install.
Use a mild detergent and tooth brush to clean the caliper. Use a mild detergent and toothbrush to clean calipers. ・Parts cleaners that are less aggressive to rubbers should be used only where there is a lot of dirt. (Chain cleaner) Cleaned at
Spray the entire caliper with silicon spray and wipe it with a dustcloth. (Before installing the pad)
You may want to prepare the following items together
Pad grease
Lubricant for oil sharpening
Silicon spray
RubberGrease or Silicon grease (For piston cleaning and wringing out)
Parts cleaner (Chain cleaner)
Scraper (A leather skewer or slotted screwdriver is also acceptable.)
Iron Rasp
Water-resistance Paper
PistonPliers (PistonTool) (For piston cleaning and wringing out)
Pad pin (If the rust is severe and causing bumps)

**The information in the compatibility chart is subject to change without notice.
*Never use any other brand than the one listed for all models, even if the shape is the same.
*However, there is no problem in terms of performance such as braking power, heat resistance, and influence to the disc rotor.

◎:Compatible and recommendable
○:Installation compatibility.
Uniform blend of high mu alloy particles.
Sintered friction material of Mega Alloy X is molded and sintered with high precision to provide strong braking force to the lever input without any stagnation, and maintains strong braking force even in racing use.
For street use where the lever input is weak, the characteristics are made easy to control.Reduces disc rotor wear more than stock sintered material!Consistent performance in all weather conditions.
