■Tread pattern
The tread pattern of the DIABLO ROSSO™ III is directly derived from the tread pattern of the famous and highly regarded DIABLO™ Supercorsa competition tire.
Pirelli considered it important to maintain grooves with a distinctive "flash" pattern in the tread as an expression of competitiveness.
The tread design has proven to be very effective in dispersing water, making the DIABLO ROSSO™ III a very safe and high performance tire even in wet conditions.

■Compounds
Rear tires are bi-compound with the profile split in the ratio of 40-20-40%.
High performance side compound with 100% silica covers a total of 80% of the entire tread.
The remaining 20% of the central section consists of compounds that function for stability and mileage.
