The EVO system has an innovative structure that allows a significant offset of the chainline with a flat sprocket instead of using an offset sprocket when the rear tire is converted to 17-inch on Z series bikes.
The long countershaft, the most distinctive feature of the EVO system, was also newly built to match the NEW 6-speed cross transmission.
Two-piece transmission cover holding the long countershaft ensures strength & rigidity.
The full package lineup includes the NITRO RACING Hydraulic Clutch Release Plate Kit to match the renewal.
●The long countershaft of the EVO system is extended by 28mm in overall length, including the spline section on which the sprocket hangs.(Compared to Z1 stock)
It is designed for rear tire widths 180-190, without offset sprocket, with a flat sprocket and a chainline setting of 108mm.
●The duralumin transmission cover for EVO is secured via dowel pin.
The structure is strong against lateral tension by being attached with multiple short bolts. Unlike the outboard type, it is resistant to bending using the strength of the dowel pin structure.
The stacked dual bearings securely hold even long output shafts.
Needle bearings are used in the shift rod section.
The transmission cover increases the rigidity of the crankcase by increasing the rigidity of hold from the side.
