Because this bike had a bit of an accident and was getting rebuilt, the customer asked if there was anything else they could add which would help protect it against any further mishaps. I do tend to suggest that GBRacing engine kits are the way to go and this was the case here. Finding the right set was not hard as I just used the search function on Webike and then for my own peace of mind, I cross referenced with GBRacing website. With a few other smaller parts in my order, I had them all shipped together to save on costs and all arrived safely via EMS in 5 days from being shipped. The box all arrived well padded and the covers were in their own little GBRacing packets anyway. This set comprised of just the generator cover and the clutch cover which is more than sufficient for this bike and how small it is. The covers are made of some kind of composite and not just plain old plastic like a lot of other companies use. These are tough puppies and do withstand a good knock and or scrape down the road. They really are the mutts nuts when it comes to engine protection. All the necessary parts needed were aleady in the packets so there is no need to go hunting for specific bolts etc. You can feel the quality of these covers from both outside and inside. There is even a nice little GBRacing logo perched inside a cut out on the covers. Good touch. The fitting was pretty straight forward. Just take your time and make sure you have everything at hand before you start and you will have no issues. I also tend to use a little copper slip for the bolts which stops them from becoming stuck in there if you ever need to change them out. Cracking job Webike, thank you for the help.
