I think it is well thought out and designed to fit snugly as if it were an OEM product.
The downside is the high price, which may not be helped by the fact that it is aluminum and includes a license lamp and reflector.
Assembly was not difficult, but it was tedious because of the many Parts. It was easy to install the assembled parts.
For this price, I would like to see the Smallest Hexagonal Wrench included. Well, people who customize motorcycles usually have one.
