I originally preferred it without the Tank Pad, but bought it because I gradually felt like I was missing the Tank.
I was torn between this product and Universal, but I took the plunge and went with this one because it seemed to have a better texture. I am satisfied with the thickness of the texture.

Good looking tank pad with "Kawasaki" logo, it doesn't look too obvious and do a good job with protecting the paint of the tank.Easy installation, clean off the dirt on tank surface with a towel before sticking the pad.A bit expensive comparing to other brands but acceptable price. Tank pads are available at MotorcycleParts mass merchants in a variety of designs
For a moment, I was worried about the price, but the Tank Pad has a Tank shape with subtle lines and bulges.
I bought the OEM Product because it sometimes doesn't fit, and I thought the OEM Product was a sure thing.
There are cheaper Pads out there for the price alone, so I'm giving it 4 stars for cosmetic value or not.
